Large room with a spa, very clean, tidy and comfortable. Very quiet but central location. Staff are friendly, professional and courteous, also helpful. Bunbury apartments is the place I choose to stay any time that I go to Bunbury. I have tried other accommodations but have found this to be the best and great value for money. Just a little thing, but they had wine glasses in the unit and ice in the fridge, which is great as I could have a quiet drink before going out.

There was nothing that I didn't like. I can't really say anymore than that.

Upstairs room, although one of the older ones, was extremely clean and well appointed with desk area, lounge chair, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. Bed and pillows were comfortable, with extra pillows provided. Shower and toilet area also very clean and well maintained. Great location with most things close by. Newer units look really lovely and would love to try one of those on another visit to Bunbury

We were unable to open either of the windows on the front of the room although bathroom window could be opened.

no powerpoints next to the bed, the basin tap dripped constantly including onto the floor the whole time we were there, no tissues provided, only 1 rubbish bin liner so I had to take the rubbish out several times and tip it into the dumpster outside, the air conditioner did not work and it was freezing in the room including the wind coming in under the door

Friendly staff at check-in. Room came with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. Cutlery and real plates and bowls. Makes a difference when you eat in your room. Bed was comfortable and clean. Position is close to city centre and shopping.

The room was comfortable, however very dated bathroom and overall the room could have done with a professional makeover. Bathroom sink had a crack through it, and light switch in toilet was cracking and didn't look safe. Toilet inlet pipe badly corroded and green...TV standby light and microwave lights are so bright. We had to cover them up to sleep.

Team members came down to do a job at the Hands Oval down the road, perfect location great price and team members enjoyed the stay we will be back end of year to finish the job and will book here again, Guardian Tactile Systems 100% recommends this location for work or leisure stays

Always a pleasure to stay here sometimes staying at a hotel equals not the facilities but the people in this case the people and the facilities are top notch best place hands down to stay in Bunbury if you get the chance to don't hesitate the family missing the establishment is next to anything you've ever seen the staff are welcoming and friendly always polite and willing to bend over the backwards to help you cannot speak highly enough

Very spacious accommodation with separate bedrooms, big bath with a spa and instant hot water! It had all the basic amenities and more, good location, allocated parking bay.

The front door had an external lock only, no internal lock which gives a strange feeling of insecurity. If you don't have the keys with you and the door slams shut, you can lock yourself out.

Comfortable and clean room with good facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was in central Bunbury.

Pool didn't have a shade so it was too hot to use during the day, and since it closes at 6pm which is when it was cool enough to be outside, we didn't get a chance to use it. The bedrooms could have cooling as during the evening it got very warm even with the courtyard door open for air.

Motel is conveniently located for our stay for the Bunbury racing round. Rooms were very clean with a good shower and comfortable beds. Reception were friendly and allowed us to book in an hour early which was much appreciated.

This is not meant as a complaint but would recommend perhaps consideration for shampoo with a four night stay.

The staff and location are amazing. We felt very welcome and were upgraded to a better room because of an incident that had happened previously. Very close to all Bunbury has to offer. Would highly recommend.

The older rooms are a bit dated. Although clean, the bathroom and toilets looked old. The strong smell of disinfectant was overwhelming.
