Amazing location and check in/out was made super easy! The cleaners were lovely, always greeted with lovely smiles and very easy going. Loved the style of the rooms and will highly recommend!

The hot water system needed to be a notch hotter! Our shower temp was borderline, and with the cold weather it would have been nice to have a hot shower but was still fine. Also, we weren’t told about the discount at the restaurant until after we paid in full, it would have been nice to be given a heads up prior but still lovely service and meals!

We had a great stay! The room was very stylish and comfortable. What made our experience exceptional was the amazing staff and the Denmark Hotel Restaurant next to the accommodation — both were outstanding. Although the rooms don't have a heating system yet, the staff kindly brought us a heater, so it was no problem at all. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable!

Our rooms were clean and comfortable and appear to have been updated fairly recently. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom got really wet during showering as there was no screen or curtain. The addition of a toaster would be handy as the breakfast options in Denmark as slim.

Large bed was ROCK hard. Woke up sore and bruised. Patrons/workers made early, very noisy starts. People not considerate…yelling outside. No a/c….then not enough flow through ventilation. Bathroom window nailed almost shut.

Very clean and nicely refurbished

No reception staff, all online and never managed to information as to how to get in contact with anyone if you had an issue (which we didn’t). And quite pricey for a hotel with no facilities other than the room.

Seamless check-in with door lock code, with this option we could check-in at any time after 2PM without any staff involved.

No air conditioning or heating.

Good value for money - you always get what you pay for. Great location and good shower. Pub just onsite, which makes for a great counter meal after a long day’s drive.
