The staff were amazing and accommodating to our requests despite being busy and understaffed. Service, food and ambience were brilliant. We extended our stay and both staff and manager were very accommodating to our requests. When our food order room over 30mins to arrive for breakfast, the staff asks manager took turns to follow-up with the kitchen staff and serve us with hot food.

One of the shortcomings is there's no laundry facilities in our room. We extended our stay this trip so it's not ideal to have to handwash some garments and there was no place or rack to dry them. Also, we requested for housekeeping service on the 3rd day but there was no service available until the next day. And we have to keep asking the front desk, who have been great at following up on our behalf.

Lovely helpful staff.

We had dinner in the restaurant and then two breakfasts. Finding the desk where we had to apply for the table was difficult as there were no signs or instructions to the out of the way location of the service desk. A short rope and two poles across the steps down to the restaurant from the front door did not provide any details on how to access the tables. We walked past the pole and into the restaurant for our booked meal and were told by a very helpful waitress where we had to go to get to our table. The waitress was very busy but we appreciated her help. A sign would have prevented this interaction and should be mandatory in the current set up.

As you enter the hotel on check in the lobby is lovely and the service from the staff was excellent. The setup of bedding for our toddler was so good a proper heavy duty trundle bed for free. The staff cleaning and maintaining the property were so friendly and the wait staff at the restaurant went above and beyond to make our toddler feel very special. The pool view was stunning and the ability to walk thru the property onto what felt like a private beach was awesome.

For the price of the rooms per night maintenance was not at the level you would expect, a part of the bath kept falling off, the interior cupboard on our fridge was falling apart which made the room appear untidy. The pool was freezing to the point it was unusable which was so disappointing.

Wonderful location - a little isolated but only a short drive to Dunsborough. Walk down to Bunker Bay beach which is very family friendly and well sheltered. Plenty of wineries and breweries nearby to get you out and about. Breakfast was very nice with a wide selection in the buffet and omelettes available on request. Over the Moon restaurant was excellent - dined there all 3 nights and was happy each time. Staff all very friendly and willing to help with any needs.

While the room was a good size and very nice, was expecting a little more upmarket for the high end cost. The dates we were there were very busy with young families, although I believe this was mostly due to an an offer from Luxury Escapes for families. It took a little away from the luxury adult escape we were hoping for from this visit, especially while relaxing by the pool.

A top presenting resort style facility. Very much an international standard resort type accommodation. Room was great, all the amenities and comfort you could ask for. Hotel setting is stunning - nature is literally right on your doorstep. Reception staff I dealt with were outstanding! Both check in and out staff I dealt with were brilliant! The setting, but especially the welcome and farewell faces are the stars of this hotel.

One employee (who I didn’t deal with) located me afterwards and was a little suggestive about an encounter at check in that they took as ‘suggestive’. Wrong, but well done on the self confidence.

Beautiful setting. Beach was amazing and our room was very clean and comfortable. Close to wineries and lots of amazing restaurants.

Very busy being in school holiday. We thought it would be a romantic time away but felt more like a school camp. I tried to go to the gym but there were about 10 kids playing on equipment like a playground. Parents were there but not really supervising. There were so many kids also in the pool area. Nearly impossible to get a beach bed or peace and quiet. Would have been great if the resort had a shuttle to get into town or to wineries.

From the moment of check in friendly staff, porters to take your luggage, sparkling wine on arrival . Clean rooms , well appointed villa, infinity pool was relaxing, easy walk to the beach , just an amazing getaway from the city . Room service your rooms daily , check out easy with friendly staff. Would highly recommend. Bonus bottle of wine in my room for my birthday , very grateful

Couldn’t fault any of it. The soap and moisturiser in the bottles were too difficult to use the pump didn’t fit in the container ( unable to depress the pump as it locked) so unable to use but that is no big deal I had my own soap and moisturiser.

- Pool was amazing and peaceful with a poolside bar. Fish tacos and pina coladas were yum. - Beach is a 5/10 minute walk from the resort - One of the best resort breakfasts I’ve had. There are a lot of options and the chef can make you eggs any way you like. The juice maker is amazing. - The resort is very peaceful and beautiful - Staff are great and take the time to make you feel comfortable - Tennis court is great and the resort provides racquets and tennis balls

- The rooms could be renovated, but they are still great

I have been 3 times now and because of the beautiful location I’ll continue to visit.

Without a doubt the buffet breakfast is the best I have ever experienced in my life and I’m 74 and well travelled. I did find that the evening meals ( we went 3 days in a row) were nowhere near the same standard as this time last year. My partner had the steak dish and it was awful, stringy tough and fatty. We had to send it back. The staff were very nice non the less. I would like it to go back to the standard it was his time last year. We will be back but hopefully these problems can be fixed.

Great stay but restaurant needs a bit of customer service training. Some great staff some not so great - we asked for another round of drinks during our anniversary and we were ignored. We left to go pay at the counter and the waitress that ignored us was quick to chase us down to sign the bill. Expensive dinner to just have one round of drinks and feel ignored. Great room, lovely location and a good stay otherwise. For the price maybe more staff in the restaurant to serve tables would improve experience.
