Nice secluded area. House is great, 2 rooms, comfy bed, laundry facilities, decent shower.

TV needs updating. Unable to screencast or stream with the free wifi. DVD Player unfortunately didn't work - but only found out on last night and owner stated they would replace or fix. Not many dvds to choose from - so BYO. 95% of house is very clean however food remains left in dishwasher (not cleaned out), so that was a bit gross and a few plates had remnants of food on from previous tenants I imagine. Plates can't all be checked, we get that but dishwasher needs a good rinse clean.

The property is new and the bed is comfortable! We managed to cook and have decent meals in the bungalow. Did not use the Bbq as it was a little far. The reception out front was splendid! Totally love her enthusiasm and professionalism. She found me a hair dryer and left it at my porch when we were out. What a sweetheart!

Water pressure is not strong. On our first night, we realised there was no hair dryer. I made a mistake of washing my young daughter’s hair without checking. As it was winter, I was desperate and called the after hours manager but the guy manning the call was totally unhelpful. He said no hair dryer. I asked if he could help to find one, he said NO.

Great site with the all the expected facilities - it will be fantastic when the pool is finished. The location is fantastic - walking distance to the convenience store, pub and German bakehouse. Walking distance to beach, walking trails and Yallingup Caves. We stayed in a newly renovated chalet and we had no complaints whatsoever. Beds very comfortable and water pressure and temperature were excellent. Park was clean and well tended to. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Crossing the road to the convenience store and pub area could be deadly given its right on a bend. Cars come flying around that corner especially coming into Yallingup. Not really a park problem but just something to note.

Clean environment, equipped with modern furniture and fittings,powerful aircon, good water pressure from shower, taps. Ample of free parking space. Shared washing machine and dryer but need to buy washing powder from reception counter. Friendly and helpful ladies staff

Washing machine cost AUD$5 for full load. But dryer needs to pay AUD$10 which is 2 times the use. So it makes washing and drying very costly. Pls review the cost. The ceiling of the toilet and ceiling fans need cleaning as it seems dusty and some cobwebs.

We had a beautiful 2 bedroom cottage. Very new with full size beds in each bedroom and double bunk above in one bedroom. There were excellent facilities with full size fridge and gas hot plate . Bathroom was great and tv, lounge and dining table was great. Outdoor table behind the cottage and parking with an outdoor shower. Sort drive ( or longish walk) to beach through the beautiful gardens of the hotel opposite

I loved everything, especially the staff , BUT they are absolutely crazy about smoking rules . They insist you must only smoke in a little lawn area in front of reception, but don’t provide a bin or ashtray. I know the tide of public opinion is anti smoking but this was way over the top I would never smoke inside a hotel room or where there were people affected, but they are so specific about their rule here. This could spoil the experience for some guests

Excellent location for touring the dunsborough, Yallingup, Margaret river region and super handy having the caves hotel, general store and bakery across the road. Lovely new 2 bedroom cabin was very well equipped. The playground and bouncy pillow were great.

Tiny bedrooms were a bit tricky to move about and it would have been great to have a toilet separate from the bathroom, especially given the space sleeps 6 people.

The location is excellent. Opposite a general store, bakery and iconic pub/restaurant. The Chalet was immaculately clean with all the 'mod-cons' you would expect.

We had Chalet No19 which was showing its age. The wooden handrail and stairs were leading to the chalet were in need of urgent repair. The water pressure was excellent . So much so that the shower head couldn't cope and the hose was leaking. The bathroom overall needed a revamp. However, these didn't impact on the comfort of the chalet.

The property was lovely, brand new, fresh and clean. It was fairly spacious and comfortable.

It was brand new and we were the first occupants so they may have missed a couple of minor things. There were no hand towels in the bathroom and even though there was shampoo and conditioner there was no hand soap or shower gel. We also could not get the aircon in the living area to work, not sure if it was flat batteries or something. As I said minor details though and the cleanliness made up for it.

I loved the environment. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed, especially as a solo person. It was great being so close to everything. And I loved being around all the trees and the nice bit of grass next to each house that you could lay on.

The couch was pretty bad and the shower was very small, if I was a slightly bigger person I honestly don’t think the shower would accomodate you at all.

Great vibe and family feel to the park. We loved our stay! The couch was super comfy!!

A lot of maintenance and love required in the unit Shower head was easily knocked off and fall (because it’s so low, easy to bump in the shower!) Blinds don’t work so makes it hard to have privacy, trying to open/close the blinds they’re hanging off the hooks so you feel like you’re going to pull them off.
