Accommodation Comfort and Amenities: * Spacious and well-equipped room: Room felt like home with its spaciousness and inclusion of Miele household appliances. * Excellent kitchen amenities: Kitchen well-equipped with a cooktop, full oven, dishwasher, good selection of cookware and utensils, and thoughtful provisions like dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, cooking oil, salt, pepper, foil, and kitchen towels. * Luxurious bathroom: Single-person jacuzzi bath with instantly hot and mineral-rich water reminiscent of Japanese onsens a plus. * Thoughtful toiletries: Provision of SLS-free shampoo, conditioner, and body/hand wash catered well to sensitive skin. * Convenient power outlets: Unit had a sufficient number of sensibly located power sockets. * Stable and good WiFi: Reliable internet, despite being satellite-based and potentially weather-dependent, a positive surprise. * Peaceful sleep: Quiet environment, being away from roads, and comfortable sleep enjoyed. Surroundings and Activities: * Beautiful natural surroundings: Sunrise over the vineyard through the woods and sounds of birds chirping in the morning lovely. * Fantastic outdoor space: Backyard with a BBQ and outdoor seating overlooking the vineyard a highlight. * Proximity to wineries: Retreat's location being a 20-minute drive to renowned wineries like Vasse Felix and Cullen Wine a significant advantage. * Enjoyable two-night stay: Having two nights allowed full experience of the wine region. We would love to stay there again.

So very peaceful and relaxing place to stay especially when you have been out doing things during the day,it is so good to come back to a beautiful place have some food and a glass of wine and if the stars is out to sit out sit with a blanket round you with your daughter and grandson looking up to the stars… this is precious The rooms were lovely ,clean and spacious,kitchen living area well equipped for your needs. The guy who took us to feed the hens and sheep our grandson enjoyed so much would definitely recommend a stay

Our chalet is beautifully located in front of the lake so you have great view From the main bedroom. Fully equipped, convenient and comfortable for long stay : car park roght in front of main door, seperate air conditioner which kept us warm and cozy, Nespresso pods. Check in and check out super fast and smooth. And the driving way to the hotel is Scenery with wineries surrounding. Next time if we come back we will def stay again longer

Our unit was very comfortable and in lovely surroundings.We were between organised tours and having a dishwasher and a washing machine was very welcome.It was a good place to wind down for a few days.It was comfortable and clean with adequate cooking facilities for simple meals

The lighting.We found the place a bit dark. I would have liked more windows to let light and sun in.

The shale where we stayed was in a rich natural setting. Surrounded by vineyards and bush, we could hear birds chirping. We met a family of kangaroos on a trail walk. The room was equipped with all the utensils to cook our own meals, and we grilled the beef we brought on the barbecue table on the veranda for dinner. We relaxed with delicious wine and meat that we had purchased from a nearby winery. On the day we checked out, I was not feeling well, but they extended my check-out time, which was very helpful. The staff was very friendly and I would definitely come back.

Quiet location. One large room, with full kitchen facilities, terrace with a barbecue. All very clean and excellent condition. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Remote location in between wineries, but this is more a feature of the Margaret River area where everything is spread out and sparsely populated.

Fridge was a bit noisy at night when the compressor kicked in, but not a big deal. That's all.

We wanted accommodation in a quiet environment close to the Margaret River wineries. The location for this was perfect. The chalet we were accommodated in was of a good size, comfortable and clean. We particularly thought the bed was very comfortable. The grounds of the retreat were very well kept and plenty of open ares.

The sofa wasn’t particularly comfortable and rather tired. The lighting too could be improved perhaps by having more recessed fittings or replacing the existing ones.

Loved looking out from the chalet to the vineyard next door though the gum trees. Lots of great wineries, restaurants and brewery nearby - this exceeded expectations as we though being further from Margaret River township could be a disadvantage. Also Appreciated the high quality appliances and kitchen equipment.

The exit from the property to the main road is a bit hairy as the site lines aren’t great for road safety

Beautiful retreat with generously spaced chalets, surrounded by neatly kept natural surroundings. Everything was very crisp and clean. great design, excellent water pressure.

the pillows were all too thick for us, maybe some spare flatter pillows. AC worked but and even after being on for several hours it seemed to struggle to cool the large space to 22 degrees C. Keeping the bathroom closed may help.

I like the cleanliness of the property. It's a good size for a couple. Well facilities to cook simple breakfast. It has everything that we need. The best retreat that we have ever stayed in 👍👍👍

It could be better if there's a small bench next to the vanity for putting the clothes OR hooks behind the bathroom door. Other than that, everything is very well organised and thoughtful. We're so impressed that there is lunen spray provided.
