Nice farmstay with few cows and sheep . Animal feeding at 5pm daily. Good facilities such as bbq pit where u can cook and enjoy sunset.

Please note that checkout time is 10am! Staff refused to extend even an hour for us. I have travelled to close to 30 countries and this is the only place with a 10am checkout. The female staff even argued that she has been with many hotels and check out is all 10am. Prior to this, I was in Perth, pinnacles and swan valley…all the checkout is 11am or 12nn…..so if you cannot checkout by 10am, please do not book at all

The cottages at Taunton are very nice: spacious, clean, well equipped and with a view over the property and adjacent paddocks. So much nicer than the often very-close-together pre-fab colourbond cottages you find in many campgrounds. Very friendly staff, plenty of farm fun for children (feeding time!) and a good place for an early morning walk in the county, with plenty of birds and kangaroos. Good location for the whole Margaret River region. Shop/cafe etc only 5 minutes by car.

Nothing negative about the cottage itself! If I really have to say something it would be that there is some noise from the highway

Lots for the kids to do. Animal feeding was a highlight. We were stuck for a couple hours with a flat tyre but the kids had fun on the go karts and inflatable pillows. No dull moments! Beds were comfortable and warm. There are coin operated washers and dryers available. Fully equipped kitchen. Great location, short walk through the sheep pasture to the margaret river Dairy company (best yoghurt!)

WiFi is practically non existent in the cabins

Pretty much had everything that we needed - massive living space, comfy beds, kitchen utensils when we felt like cooking etc. The farm had so much for the kids to do and see that they were reluctant to leave once our stay was up. It has a great location too - very central to many of the Margaret River attractions, wineries etc. Would love to visit again!

The bathroom floors were a little too cold cos of the tiles, and the cottage was a little sandy when we first checked in, that's it.

I guess the location was standard for a rural area. But the good thing is that there's big signage on the road side for us to identify when to turn in.

The mobile signal from my phone is quite bad when in the cabin. Not sure if it's due to the location that the mobile coverage is not that good. I also not able to find detail on any available free wifi to login.

The chalets were immaculately clean and in great condition. location was excellent just a short drive to Margaret River. Grounds were well maintained and tidy, didn’t use the ablution block but was really impressed with how peaceful, clean and family friendly the surroundings were. office staff were lovely too. Animal feeding daily was great for the kids.

Playground is a bit old and outdated, probably needs a bit of a revamp. I think we were expecting more of a farm stay style, with opportunities to see and pet animals throughout the day with activities

The chalet was lovely. We stayed here for a nearby wedding this weekend. Great rooms to relax, get ready and recover in! Also a lovely area to walk around in the mornings.

The wall behind the bed heated up a great deal from the sun in the afternoon and was still hot when we climbed into bed.

Amazing grounds & facilities. Staff were amazing too. The kids had plenty to do. Everything was clean and well stocked. The shop was a bonus too.

Only thing was no paper towel, Al foil, glad wrap etc, and some utensils/pans were hard to cook with in the cabins but that's nothing major.

Location is great. All the farm animals that we meet is great too.

Probably just need a little effort to do some preventive by checking on the shower hose. Ours need to be replace urgently. Other than that, all is great.
