The chalets were cozy, well-heated, and provided a warm and welcoming environment throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free, and the communication with the property management was excellent. They were very accommodating, especially when we had specific requests regarding bed arrangements. The outdoor facilities were a highlight — we loved the spacious outdoor seating areas, the gas heating, the pizza oven, and the ample parking spaces which made things very convenient for our group.

A couple of areas could use some attention: The WiFi was advertised as free, but unfortunately, we couldn’t find or connect to it during our stay. This also meant we were unable to use the smart TV to stream Netflix or similar services. The hot tub was a bit of a letdown as the water was not hot and it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The pizza oven also seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival. These are just friendly suggestions for property management to consider improving, rather than major complaints. They didn’t significantly affect our overall experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back. It’s a great spot for groups and families looking for a cozy, well-located chalet stay.

very nice quaint place about 3 min drive from Margaret River town centre. Chalet was clean, with lots of cooking utensils, and even a slow cooker which we used to make beef stew. Nice walking trails just outside our chalet, and lots of space for the kids to run around in the outdoor areas

Rooms were stuffy, aircon ventilation was very poor hence we had to open the windows partially at night just to get some air in which resulted in freezing rooms during cold nights. Would be nice if the aircon system can be improved on, or maybe install ceiling/wall fans for better ventilation. There was also no floor broom or vacuum, only a small brush and pan. this was inconvenient for cleaning, as we had to crawl on all fours just to clean up crumbs on the floor after meals.

We had the most wonderful stay. The chalets are beautiful and so comfortable and the location was the best we have had in any accommodation. 10 minute walk into Margaret River town centre, 5 minute walk to Rotary Park with a fantastic playground, Giniversity is located right next to the property and Margaret River Brewhouse a 5 minute walk as well. We can’t wait to come back.

Unfortunately, we heard loud music at night time from another location which wasnt the peaceful atmosphere we hoped for at night. However, when I advised the staff they were very helpful in asking the people in a nearby chalet to stop their loud music.

This place was stunning! Such beautiful grounds nestled amongst the trees. The fireplace was lovely to use when it was so cold - Appreciated the firewood supplied on the first night. The kitchen facilities were excellent, nice big fridge. The large bathroom was clean and had a good shower with decent pressue and nice hot water. Comfy beds with lots of pillows and extra blankets. Great location - we felt close to nature yet it was only a short walk to the town. It was lovely and quiet! Check-in and check-out was contactless but VERY easy. Thanks for a lovely stay!!

The chimney was dripping around the lip near the ceiling when it rained. We also had a bit of smoke come in through the chimney lip at the ceiling one evening. The handle of the tap in the bathroom was loose. Recommend putting in a mesh wifi system for the propoerty - we had ZERO wifi. It'd also be GREAT if electric blankets were supplied for the beds - save on the heating costs with the heaters :)

Excellent location, few minutes' walk to the city center yet located amongst lush greenery and bushes. Everything was taken good care of, very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Extra blankets provided. The verandah was the best part of the property, it had outdoor heaters, pizza oven, bbq, jaccuzzi and large seating area. Kids loved running around the back garden while the adults were enjoying sipping evening drinks in the verandah.

nothing, everything was super cool. Price was on a higher end but no regret, the stay worthed every cent! Would definitely recommend within my circle.

A lovely 2 nights at Riverglen! Shame we couldn't stay longer. The cabin was perfect for our family of 8 (6 children from 3 to 16... a hard task to find appropriate accomodation/bedding configurations most of the time!) The grounds are lovely and the location is perfect. It may look like it's on the 'edge' of town but convenient walking trails have you out on the main steeet in moments if you want to explore, with lovely eatieries the first thing you see when you step off the trail. We will be returning in future!

Chalet was well separated from others, so provided a lot of privacy. Close proximity of trees and greenery provided a relaxing atmosphere. The veranda was spacious and was furnished with a 2-seater outdoor lounge, plus a small table and 2 chairs suitable for enjoying a drink or snack. There was also a small gas BBQ on the veranda.

Furnishings could have been arranged a bit better. The sofa was a long way from the TV. however, this was a chalet suited for disabled access, so other chalets not designed to accommodate disabled guests might have been laid out a bit differently.

The view was amazing, I love we had our own private little escape. Location fantastic. Chalets are really cute . Quick little walk into town and close to everything you could possibly need . Super relaxing.

I really didn't like that the bed was two single beds zipped up to make a double , the fire place did not work . No phone reception service at all ( ended up being good as we really got to appreciate what where we were and our tine away)

Location was excellent- just a short stroll to the township, though not right in the bustle of the village centre. Lovely veranda to sit on overlooking the views. Beautiful relaxing bushland setting & right next door to Gin Distillery & Brewery across the road. We were upgraded to a one bedroom chalet which was a wonderful surprise upon check in!

Contactless check in- it would be good if there was a central office/reception area. There was a phone number to ring/message if needed, but would be much easier to just pop to reception. Staff were all lovely though when you actually saw someone!

It was as it described and it suited my family's needs very well. The location was wonderful, it was peaceful, and as the family enjoys a morning short run, walking across to Rotary Park to go on the Park Run route was a plus. It is really close to eating places including the wonderful Margaret River Brewhouse, and Margaret River Bakery.

Nothing really much that we could put our finger on.
