Exceeded my expectations. Had a single king bedroom overlooking the forest on the 1st floor. The room has a small fridge, microwave, plates, bowls, cutlery, a cutting board and a knife. The aircon is modern, quiet and works well. The bathroom is clean and reasonably new. Good water pressure and hot water. Excellent location in town and plenty of secure parking.

No complaints at all. Very happy with the accommodation and will be returning with family at a later date.

Friendly receptionist upgraded us to larger room.Liked that the lounge area of the accommodation overlooked the pool.We had only booked an overnight stay but the apartment was kitted out adequately for a longer stay

Although I appreciated the safety necessity of the two fire doors fitted to access both ours ,and that of the neighbouring apartment ; the heaviness of the doors meant they were quite noisy if you weren’t mindful when you entered or left, so maybe a notice to be mindful could be attached to the outer door? Other than that , a table lamp or floor lamp would provide a softer lighting option in the lounge area.

Location close to town and hospital which was the reason for our visit. Was a quiet location and close walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Our room had the basics and was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful when we had to check in after hours. Plenty of secure parking.

In the standard room we stayed overnight and the tv streaming service was not connected, mobile phone service was marginal from the remote location, bath & shower taps needed replacing just worn out but worked.

Superbly clean and comfortable. Huge bed, Netflix and the best water pressure I have EVER had in a hotel. Perfectly located to be able to explore the Town Centre on foot. Very quiet and private although there are heaps of apartments within the secure complex. First time staying at this property, but we just found our new go to for MR accommodation. Looking forward to returning.

Actually cannot fault it. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the thought of provisions the studio had. No kitchen, but offered cutting board, kitchen knife, tea towel, microwave and toaster… very clever.

Bed and pillows were very comfy. Daily room cleaning was a bonus. Well equipped with glasses, plates etc. Private outdoor seating area overlooking the forest was so nice. Fantastic location with plenty of parking.

Sharing an outside door with another room wasn’t ideal. Outside doors need to have a slow closing hinge on them to prevent this. We were woken very early two mornings by our neighbours banging the door.

Excellent location situated at the end of town. A short walk to all facilities including a good pub, steakhouse (excellent steaks!) and lovely Italian restaurant, as well as shops and grocery store. Centrally located to visit vineyards and beaches within the region. Room was overlooking reserve and very quiet with balcony. Shower was really good, although you had a big step in to the bath to access - caution needed for less mobile. Housekeeping was great and serviced the room daily even washing up our cups and plates which was appreciated. Pool was slightly heated and salt water. Really good size with seating and loungers. Generally quiet when we were there and great for a dip after a hot day out and about.

Bed was a bit bouncy... Could feel every movement my partner made but still pretty comfy once you got used to it and not a deal breaker. Although advertised as an apartment the studio option had no kitchen and was more like a hotel room with general crockery, however a microwave was in fridge cupboard and kettle and toaster were supplied in the wardrobe cupboard to plug in on the table. The larger apartment next door may have been different but ours was like a standard hotel room with added appliances. The only bathroom light was connected to a noisy fan so you either fumbled around in the dark for a night time wee or woke everyone up in the room. Could have benefited from a night light or separate mirror light as there were no windows in the bathroom.

The apartment had everything we needed for 4 nights of stay, without any housekeeping. You have to pay extra if you want housekeeping. We had a wonderful time there, and even had a few cold dips in the pool, was quite refreshing.

The hair dryer cuts off after 2 mins of use, perhaps due to overheating. Doesn’t make sense though. Well, I just had to let my hair air dry for a bit. Nothing major.

Loved that the apartment was situated in town and easy walking distance to restaurants, the pub and shopping. The room was clean and tidy with a small patio for private use. We didn't make use of the other facilities such as the pool and bar.

We hated that we couldn't leave the bathroom door open. "Kitchen" could have been a little better, it only consisted of a microwave & kettle with minimal crockery and a small fridge.

We have stayed a few times before! It is in a wonderful location and has a handy kitchen which we used daily. Great facilities, clean and a beautiful view from our patio area right out to the forest! A short walk to Swings and Roundabouts for dinner and an even shorter walk to the supermarket and the pub, cafes and shops!

All was good. It’s quite expensive but everywhere in Margaret River continues to go up each year.

The room was very adequate for our needs , lovely view out of window , peaceful location was very central to town that's why we stay there. Reception kadt was lovely and our room was ready early which was great . Pool was useful too on our first day !

The noisy doors on the rooms and outside door , people need to consider other guests as the doors are very noisy when closing , I understand the doors are heavy,fire doors but if you just let them go they bang and are very clunky/ loud , at 6.3o am on a Saturday and Sunday morning ! Maybe there should be a sign up to remind people ! , also can you hear the showers running from adjoining rooms , also very early from our neighbours . Never noticed it before in 1 bed room apartments ,only in the standard rooms . Maybe because the bedroom is not next to the entry doors.
