Clean and spacious apartment. Everything we needed for our stay. Great hotel and bottle shop next door for meals and drinks. About a 15 minute walk into town but easy and footpaths all the way. Very large living/dining area.

It would be good to be given information on booking online that the property is managed by the Margaret River Resort next door and to present at their reception to collect keys. There is no one on-site at the Forte Leeuwin Apartments, which is fine, but a heads up before arrival would avoid confusion.

Room was spacious, modern, clean and lovely. Property was clean.

Our room was right next to the cleaners cupboard which meant a lot of people and noise every morning right outside our room. Our car was blocked in by a cleaning truck and we were told we would have to wait 15min until I asked them to ask the driver if he could move for us, which he kindly did. Another time we parked in one of our allocated bays and got asked to move by the cleaning staff because our car (in its marked bay) was in their way. These are fairly minor things but if we did ever stay here again we would be requesting a different room to this one.

Location was excellent, an easy walk into town and right next to the River Hotel. Had an issue with no internet in the room when we got there and they moved us no problem which was a big ask considering the surf pro was on and the all apartments were booked.

The skip bin area at the back should maybe be blocked off to the general public. Ran into a few interesting people there either dumping their rubbish or raiding the 10 cent recycling bin.

Apartment had everything we needed. Washing machine and dryer were very handy to have. Rooms were clean and comfortable . Kitchen had everything we needed. Location was good, and the River Hotel next door served lovely food.

The pool was being refurbished and should have been available for half of our stay but it wasn’t finished and no sign of any work being done to progress it . To be fair, we were told we could use the pool in the hotel next door but the fact the apartments had a pool on site was a big factor in us choosing it.

The location was good, pretty close to the main town and handy to the hotel next door. The unit was clean and comfortable and overlooked the pool. We weren't able to use the pool as apparently it was undergoing renovations although it was full and didn't appear to be having anything done to it? We didn't need to use it anyway and were told we were welcome to use the one next door at the River Hotel if we wanted. The bed was comfortable.

The guest book probably needs an update as it said there was no wi-fi but apparently there is now.

It was easy to find. Parking was good. Bed was comfortable. Large kitchen, dining and lounge areas. And had a washing machine.

The layout of the loungeroon was a little off. Very big space from TV to lounge. TV was small for the space. There wasn't any wifi nor a TV that you could put your own streaming service on. No salt and pepper or basic cooking supplies. TV in bedroom the picture wasn't clear. And the hair-dryer in the main bathroom didn't work.

We didn't to get to use as much as we would like because it rained most of the time but I can imagine it is really good in the summer. We were close to town 800m walk or 1 min in the car abd we were also close to The River which was s great pub

Some people were very noisy and were not adhereingbto the 10pm noise code but other than that it was good

Leeuwin Apartments is a great place and they tried to keep the place same since last 20 years...clean, safe, huge and comfortable 3 bed apartment with 2 baths is a bonus, self contained which is well maintained. I couldn't use their pool this time as it was cold, 5 min walk to restaurants

Improve after hours key pick up facilities.

The location was quite convenient… good 7 minute walk into town. The unit we had had was very homely quiet and spacious and with great facilities in kitchen and lounge. Off street Parking at front of unit was great.

The exterior and grounds were not inviting and looked tired! Initially I thought I had made a poor choice but once in Unit 31 very surprised and pleased. Colour choices of exterior not representative of quality of unit. Security Screen door on front door would be great to allow breeze through and not have to put air on on.

It is very neat , specious , comfortable apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to cook your meal. Outdoor a hot plate for you to cook a food of your choice , nice showers with a fast hot water. The sofa at the living room is amazing Overall a home away from home!

The area is a pretty boring area after you finish your daily activities , so lying on the sofa I’d expect to have a cable tv with more movies and children channels - quite a big disadvantage. And some auspicious thingy- my baby boy been crying every night through the whole night once we enter the room every night something else….. he then will immediately stop crying when leaving the room. Kind of hunted feeling.
