Location was excellent within short distance to Woolworths supermarket and array of pubs and restaurants, Room was comfortable with great lighting and the shower pressure and water temperature was AMAZING!!!

We stayed for 7 nights. Floors could have been vaccumed or swept a little more frequently but more importantly, our bed sheets were not changed throughout the seven night stay. We layed on the bed more frequently compared to when at home , eating and drinking on the bed whilst watching TV, chance of soiling is more prevelant. I have stayed at many motels in the past and the general rule I found to be, that for a 7 night stay bed sheets would be changed at least once during our stay. Not a BIG issue, but food for thought and room for improvement.

We stayed for three nights, and had intended using the accommodation as a hub to explore the region. However, one of the days was spent purely walking around Margaret River township, river, and environs. The room (Room 1) was spacious. There is a toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee machine in the room. The room was quiet (but we note that our visit was in winter).

It was great to have the room booked (day before), as we were late getting in and it was raining. Good walking distance to the pub. The room was lovely and clean, and nice to have it done the 2nd day; we were there.

For the price and time, we were there, it was fine, we had no issues. The only thing was that the toilet and bathroom were very tiny, and it was funny to get in and out of. But at that part of our trip, we were happy to have a room.

We booked 4 rooms as we have a group of 10 people & having a small celebration birthday there. Knowing that, the host, Sean, extended his service to order a cake & placed in the fridge for us & it really surprise the birthday girl as to how we managed to get the cake without her knowledge. She is very touched with the surprise. Thanks Sean for the kind gesture!

Nothing except one of the rooms shower head has minor leaking. After feedback to Sean, he sent a plumber to fix it upon our departure.

2nd time staying here, loved the location and fuss free check in. Laundromat and supermarket services are just a stone's throw away, and the main street further down. Parking was free. Aircon worked really well to cool down/warm up the room. Loved the self service cupboard where we can easily replenish what we needed without troubling the staff.

The shower sometimes had intermittent hot water, which was a little inconvenient especially when showering the kids in cold temperatures.

Vintages is in an excellent location, close to shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. The king triple room we had was spacious and clean with super-comfortable beds. Sean, the host, was really friendly and helped us out with all our needs, even topping up the tea/coffee and switching on the heating (winter in Australia) when he saw that we were still out exploring the wonderful coastline and stunning forests. Such a nice personal touch! It was handy having a huge supermarket and laudromat so close!

That we couldn't stay longer...haha! That was really all.

The location was great, it was close to town. The apartment was comfortable, very clean, and a comfy bed. Lots of parking, too. Good value for money. I would definitely stay again or recommend this place to others.

There was some building work going on that woke us a little earlier than expected. The room i couldn't really fault, my only nice to have, would have been some flannels in the bathroom, and shampoo and condition like you get in the hotels, rather than the alternative provided.

Rooms was really nice, all you need for a relaxing vacay. Apartment 5 is nice and secluded and quite dark in the mornings so we could make the most of the opportunity to sleep in as our son usually wakes up with the sun at home.

Upon entering the room the smell was a little musty, but I think that is because we were next to the utility room, but having a nice breeze through the room with the doors open and access to the courtyard provided good airflow.

Location was very close to the town centre while being slightly away from the main street and hustle bustle. Property was very well maintained, modern and clean. Love the little courtyards between units with seats. Rooms were adequately spacious and clean. There was an electric car charging facility.

The shower water pressure was lacking perhaps due to the shower head and water was also not hot enough.

Minimal contact for check in and check out. The bed was also very well done and is up to the standards of any expensive hotel. There are sufficient plug points for my family and I to each charge our devices before the travels of the next day. Love the coffee machine provided!

The toilet facilities could be improved upon as there were no glasses set up in the bathroom for rinsing purposes. The water pressure could be improved for both flushing of the toilet and shower. Overall still a fantastic stay, highly recommended!
