Beautiful old building, a piece of history. Pizzeria down stairs was lovely, excellent food.

The old windows and doors were not very sounds proof which made the outside noise a bit louder so that just got us out of bed a little quicker.

Quirky historical building divided into 4-5 separate apartments . We stayed in the "Studio with Terrace". Price was very competitive for the Margaret River Region. The studio fully met our needs for our 2 night stay. Having the private terrace to eat breakfast/have an afternoon wine was a real bonus. There are 2 separate Italian restaurants that form part of the complex. We ate at the Pizza restaurant and found the food very good.

Apartment is mostly wood paneled and thus is quite dark. Part of bathroom window is not covered but admittedly one can only see the boundary fence. Couldn't complete my shave in bathroom as lighting was poor and couldn't see my full face in the small mirror and had to finish shaving using the bedroom mirror.

Verandah to sit on. Liked that it had toaster and microwave. Good parking and easy access to town . Liked table to sit and eat at.

Restaurant can be noisy at night . Toilets for restaurant right next to cabin and doors slam every time they are used till late at night and does wake you up. Bed in cabin is small.

The location was great, parking available.

Very small but comfortable

Gorgeously old and eccentric building, even more lovely than we expected from the photos. Uneven, creaky floors added to the atmosphere. Two outside areas were lovely - one breakfast area next to the servo, which we barely heard, and an after dinner drinks area overlooking the restaurant entrance. Room tiny - you can't get past the open door because it almost touches the bed - but manageable and this adds to the charming old world experience.

Hot water was intermittent.

Stayed two nights in the upstairs Suite with Spa Bath. The suite exceeded our expectations, plenty of room and all the essentials. Nice balcony. Did not notice any noise issues. Had a great dinner at La Scarpetta (good food and service!)

Had an issue with some lights that tripped in the living area during our stay. Rang reception and candles were delivered while we were out for dinner but we didn't use/need them.

Loved the quirkiness. The room was clean. Good onsite parking. Great location, easy walk into town. We went to the restaurant and pizzeria and they were both really great. Food was very good and staff were lovely.

The courtyard adjoining our room with a small fridge and kettle outside (was odd) There was an empty planter under the outside tap and we took it upon ourselves to plant some cuttings. We hope this gets watered, we did leave a note. Let the room down somewhat. Just needs some TLC and attention.

We love this suite due to the old, less modern style and its location. Bridgefield has wood finishes, character-charm in decor and floorboards. The suite is set away from the main house, on the top floor, is spacious and has a lovely private wrap around balcony. The suite has a comfortable lounge, bright kitchen with wooden bench tops and ample storage. The bathroom has a stand alone shower with excellent hot water pressure and a spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed. We love the French style doors that align each room to access the gorgeous balcony. We have only stayed in the winter season and the suite is warm and very comfortable for us. The Bridgefield location is so convenient as it is on the main street, within walking distance to all shops as well as restaurants.

The lighting in the bedroom is dull so take a book-light if you want to read in bed at night.

Easy to find, good central location, 2 good restaurants on premises, quirky 'old world' feel. Easy check in, though at adjoining premises so did not see any Bridgefield staff! Liked the different (if rather small) rooms in the unit. Good phone response re lost property. Hoping dresses get returned after sending pre-paid return envelope from Albany!

Bit noisy from other guests in close proximity. Generally clean but please remind cleaners to do under bed.... noticed the dirt when looking for something dropped! Little fridge froze everything, despite adjusting the temperature dial. Parking a bit tight, though we had other options so not a big problem. Forgot to check 2nd wardrobe so left 2 dresses behind!

We were in room 1 in the front of the building above the pizzeria. Convenient to the shops and restaurants, bed comfortable shower good with very hot water. Also a seating area in front and a lounge room for all 4 rooms to use at the back with the tv. All this and we really enjoyed our stay

No WiFi in the room very limited in the back lounge best place for WiFi is the car park, front seating area above the pizzeria has loud music playing while open but does stop at 10 o’clock. The compact courtyard isn’t pretty in anyway. You are close to the main road in and out of Margaret river
