Didn't try the breakfast or dinner. Next Time . The hot water was excellent. So immediate instant hot water for bath. Not freezing waiting for it to heat it. So happy. Netflix reception was good. The change in our towels and toiletries was a very good service. We were told no room cleaning when checked in. Hence surprised when they were changed and replenished. Jodi Long was very hospitable. Unfortunately we missed the set up of your cafe by a few days.

The animal poop that was outside our door stairs. Had to bear in mind not to step or roll bags onto it. The entrance signage to the motel could be brighter, especially at night.

Clean, comfortable, great location and excellent facilities. We've stayed at this location a few years ago and it was ok, if not a bit pricey. This time it was well under budget and great value for money! The rooms have had an obvious upgrade and we couldn't fault the staff.

Couldn't complain about anything - staff were incredibly helpful & knowledgeable. On location restaurant or facilities in the room if you wanted to cook there made an excellent addition. Hotel ground's were incredibly peaceful and having a pool open in the middle of winter made the trip for my son!!

The room was clean and well equipped. Pool, playground, free DVD’s and mini golf onsite. Even though it was fully booked, it was very quiet. Ample parking in good sized bays. The self catering room was a pleasant surprise, well stocked with everything you needed to prepare your own food (not quite a campers kitchen but very close). To top it off the on-site restaurant provided excellent service and wonderful food at reasonable prices.

The wifi was almost nonexistent inside the room. The mobile signal was very weak too (not the hotels fault). Kept the kids off their screens (bonus).

The hotel staffs are very helpful!!! I have a story to share. Actually my husband & I left our passport in the hotel room upon my check-out. We only realized it when we were back to Perth city. Gosh, it was a 3 hours drive from Perth city to Margaret River. The hotel staffs helped us so much in locating our passports, co-operating with our arranged courier partner and to ensure our passports to be delivered back to my Perth's hotel. Love you guys.

Perfect location 5 minutes drive to town and pubs. Lovely at the end of the day of swimming at the beautiful beaches and sightseeing to have a dip in the pool nice hot shower cup of tea and a very comfortable bed with crisp white sheets 😊The restaurant and bar on sight was perfect for a delicious steak and a glass of red 🍷

Room was comfortable, however there is no room servicing during your stay

We were not told verbally that the room is not serviced during our stay, (as most people don’t) we did not read the full information sheet which we later found out that this information was on there, but it was too late as we already dropped our towels on the floor expecting them to be replaced, had we had been verbally told when we checked in there wouldn’t have been an issue

The staff provided excellent service, accommodating our request for early access to our room due to a scheduled tour and the need to refrigerate certain items.

The design of the shower cubicle made it difficult to prevent water from covering the entire bathroom floor. While a minor inconvenience, it was unpleasant to step onto a soaked tiled floor and bathmat.

Beautiful grounds, all the amenities you could need. Very friendly and helpful staff

When leaving the property, there is about 50-100m of gravel/road before the pavement starts if you choose to go walking somewhere. Would be nice if the property could organise a path for safety but other than that all good

The location of Stay Margaret River is excellent to access everything in the area, including the town itself. The room was great and the friendly staff were excellent.

The shower screen wasn’t sufficiently big to prevent the bath mat and bathroom floor becoming saturated after we showered.

Good value for money as we only were there to stay while we did day vacations and the staff all of then were so friendly it just made it all so easy no stress no hassle would go back again for sure and good location 2 minutes from Busselton centre
