Room was spacious Pillows great Bed a little hard but found it comfortable by the second night Attentive staff. Always checking in with us. Gardens divine Breakfast great Coffee Nespresso - you could microwave alternate milks Towels were sooo fluffy Bath was sooo perfect Products were luxurious Afternoon tea at 3pm was a bonus Delightful scones and jam to take away on check out was so special. So quiet. Had the most relaxing stay.

Gardens are beautiful! Staff are super helpful. Bathrooms are clean and breakfasts are delicious! Tea is served at 3:30 pm everyday which is a lovely extra.

Rooms are a little small and walls are thin. More privacy would be nice. Beds are also on the hard side and uncomfortable, but you can choose a pillow which best suits you.

Attentive staff with great breakfast. Perfect location on main road from Margaret river surf each to town but set back from road which makes it private. Central for access to everything Margaret river has to offer. Self laundry with one washer and dryer available for guest use between 9am and 7 pm.

Bed was very hard with little give. Disappointing given quality of place but given a mattress topper on request which improved it greatly.

The breakfast was excellent. Tea in pot would have been nice. Garden and surrounds were lovely. Staff were excellent. Very clean room and bathroom. the Building is well maintained.

Daily newspaper would have been nice. Personal amenities like shower cap would have been good. TV was too big for the room. A small mini bar would be appreciated.Room smelled a little musty on arrival.

The first time we stopped at the manor but I can promise you it will not be the last.We are going to be going back there at the first opportunity.The place is amazing and the staff are really friendly and helpful they make sure you want for nothing.The grounds are wonderful and so tranquil

Absolutely beautiful manor, everything was immaculate! All the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was so nice and peaceful sitting in the conservatory for breakfast and afternoon cake overlooking the gorgeous gardens. The scones given to you at the end of your stay for your trip home was such a lovely touch.

Lovely setting. Gardens. Rooms were fresh and well appointed.

It was expensive for the facilities provided. There are very few relaxing areas to sit other than the garden or your room. Needs cosier relaxing areas especially when there are lots of guests. You pay a high nightly rate but have to go out for drinks dinner or bring your own to your room.

Lovely property with beautiful expansive gardens and pool. Room was beautifully styled, super clean, spacious with a huge modern bathroom. Staff were all so nice and welcoming from reception to breakfast staff to the gardening crew. Breakfast each day was cooked fresh to order and the scones we received on check out were delicious. I look forward to staying again in the future.

On asking for a local restaurant we were advised we could walk to the nearest one. This was definitely not a good idea as it was dark and quite a distance. We drove instead fortunately. Tailor advice to your customers!

The receptionist was the star of the show - great check in experience, remembered our names when passing reception etc. Loved the extra touch of the scones as we left. Overall a wonderful experience.

Stunning room however would recommend the hallway light being on a sensor as was on all night. Our breakfast was overlooked & we waited an hour to receive it.
