Wonderful 2 bedroom apartment smack bang in the centre of Margs. The apartment is set up for any length stay and walking distance to the main drag of Margret River.. The manager contacted me a couple of days before arriving to provide the bedding arrangements that suited me, check in is self service and as easy as it gets.. Very clean and well kept premises, I couldn't ask for more. I would happily live here if I could afford to... The staff went the extra mile for me after I left my phone charger in my room to make sure I could grab it when I passed through town again.. If looking for accommodation in Margret River that is self-contained, this is the place for you.

I can't live there...

The location of this stay was amazing! It was very central, this made it easy to access restaraunts, beautiful walking trails and was a great middle point for our trip. It was also clean and quiet.

When we arrived at the location, the gate had been closed and “locked” with a sliding bolt from the inside, we could not open this gate from the outside so unfortunately we ended up having to piggy back one of our friends and she had to reach over the fence and open it. This was ok for us, but would have been extremely difficult for a solo traveller or elderly couple.

A last minute booking for us for the Good Day Sunshine Festival. It was the perfect spot for having a good look up and down Margaret River high street, eating out and walking to the festival. Comfy bed. Great hot shower, clean and had all the essentials for a short stay.

For our purposes it was perfect being tucked away in an upstairs apartment. For a longer stay one of the other rooms would probably be better as this particular apartment had no balcony, or outside area off the apartment to sit in and we accessed our room through the laundry and up a flight of stairs. This was fine for us for this event as we were not in the apartment much anyway.

We had the pleasure of staying at Prideau’s of Margaret River in early July, and it was overall a great experience. Location, location, location - Prideau's is nestled in the heart of Margaret River town center, Prideau’s is just a stone’s throw away from local cafes, restaurants, and bars. It was great to just walk across the road or down the hill to the center of town rather than having work worry about having a couple of drinks and driving. Loved being able to explore the area on foot. The spacious apartment featured an extra-large king bed, a well-appointed kitchenette, and a comfortable living area. The rooms were spotless, nicely decorated, and quiet—a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the region.

A couple of areas of improvement. I found that the self-check-in was very Airbnb style, while I appreciate the staff / owners do not want to be on site at all times and there was not an issue with the self-check-in it just wasn’t expected and felt like an Airbnb. It was extremely cold during our stay, and we had the large reverse cycle split system which heated the room nicely, however we could not get the gas log fireplace working correctly which was disappointing. Even after thoroughly reading the instructions and watching multiple videos on YouTube we could not get it to operate correctly. The toilet looked out on a car park at the rear. Yes, we were upstairs, but it would have been nice if this was frosted glass to add some additional privacy.

Cleanliness for starters. The amenities of the apartment including a fantastic spa and very comfortable living room setting, ideally suited for a small family. The beds were also comfortable. The location is perfect for Margaret River. Little things like blankets in living room, suitcase holder, tea selection, Netflix/Amazon on TV button, were all nice touches.

Nitpicking here - the walls are a touch thin unfortunately. You can hear neighbours when its quiet, although muffled. A TV in the bedroom would also be great but not a big deal.

Excellent location and good parking for guests with a car. Apartment was very clean and had two lovely courtyards to use. Added benefit is they have a laundry you can use if needed.

The street noise late in the afternoons and late into the night was an issue. We were there over the weekend and school kids where yelling up and down the street until very late. Soundproofing may be a good idea.

the room was really spacious and very clean, organic haircare and soaps were provided..very much appreciated the accomodation is within walking distance of the main strip where shopping was fun the restaurants are also located within walking distance so we really loved the place. also very close to Cape Mentelle which we really enjoyed also the easily accessible wifi was very handy...thank you

maybe there should be rubber strips on the door frames so we won't hear the doors slamming when the neighbour closes their door...it's not a big thing, i was just startled a couple of times when doors were slammed.

Location was perfect - walking distance to cafes, restaurants (El Toro is a must) and shops, but was also very quiet. Free, onsite parking (plus even more parking right out the gate). The shower was large with really good water pressure.

Instructions for entry were provided via text message on the day (very clear, key was in the lockbox). It would have been nice for there to be a note in the booking confirmation advising the checkin instructions (with code provided on the day). I had checked the confirmation a few times in the lead up to the day and couldn’t see any note regarding the latest we could arrive.

Great spot in town, parking right out the front, very comfortable room, spacious, homely touches, we couldn’t ask for anything nicer in a room.

Unfortunately there wasn’t much peace & serenity. 2 out of the 3 nights there were noisy people in the apartment we shared the entry with, they had a baby and all we could here was it screaming all night. They made so much banging and crashing we could hear it over the tv. You can also hear car doors slamming and cars starting all the time.

We loved the location so easy to get around the town! The room had everything you would need,the shower wash, hand wash were lovely and more than you would ever need, very generous! The room was very clean and the bedding was fresh and crisp.

To make it easy on your self for cleaning I personally would do away with plastic plants and vases inside, the room is so lovely as is.
