Loved the bush surrounds and proximity to the walking track, VERY clean, all amenities that we needed, loved the bird life right outside the windows.

The nearby road noise though not a lot of traffic was noticeable, the rock garden in front of our cottage needs some love and attention, and the fry pan needs replacing as bottom is bowed and therefore doesnt sit flat on the hotplate ... but all these were minor and didnt detract from the enjoyment of the stay.

We loved the cottage, and the design and the comfort of it. It was perfect for what we needed. We loved sitting on the verandah, reading and staring into the bush, listening to the birds.

I have one suggestion. Two little bedside lamps for reading would be wonderful. The ceiling lights are not nice to use for reading at night. The table lamps would also add to the lovely ambience.

we would’ve loved an extension lead to go to either side of the bed so both of us could charge our phones at night. an ice cube tray would’ve also been a nice touch so we could have cooler water for the hot days :)

we enjoyed our stay at Ellenbrook Cottages and wish we could have extended, such a lovely place in the middle of "nowhere" yet close enough to everything you need. we especially enjoyed the walks around the property and the kids loved stargazing, we will definitely back in future.

The communication prior to staying was outstanding and the advice given for activities and meal/winery ideas was fantastic. The bed was so ridiculously comfortable I could have stayed in all day lol - the pillows were divine! The spa was beautiful just takes a long time to fill but definitely worth it. Thankyou for helping to make our tenth anniversary very special! And thankyou for the fresh eggs from your girls - they were delicious !

The relative isolation, ie distance between units. The interior practical luxury.

I would have loved to find cosmetics - soap, shampoo, body lotion - to use in the glorious bathroom.

Everything especially the bath. As a 6'4 bloke it is hard to fit into a bath. Location and view was stunning. Just everything was amazing.

Well situated. Very clean. Exactly what we needed to get away and reset. We loved being able to sit and listern to all the birds. The spa bath is beautiful and the cottage cozy and well designed. Will be back.

Location was perfect. The place was gorgeous.

Great ambience to stay and so peaceful. We had our privacy throughout and the spa bath was cherry on the cake. The property was clean and fully equipped.

If they could provide a bit of more toiletries- like shampoo, conditioner, shower cap.
