The location is along the highway and easy to find with GPS, and car parking is available. The room is clean, quiet and the deco is very pretty. There are fans in the living room and bedroom. It is a great help that there is free washing machine and dryer and these are obviously very popular. The breakfast is nice and staff is friendly and welcoming, with excellent service. Thank you.

For some reason, the fan remote control holder in our living room was too close to the aircon remote control holder above it, so we couldn't use the fan remote control to turn on the living room fan. The dining table is outside the room and it was too cold to eat outside, so we had to make do with eating in the room with not much space to put our dishes. It would be helpful to have a small, perhaps foldable table in the living room. Also, to reposition the fan remote control holder so that the remote control can be removed and used. The bedroom space is tight, not much space to put luggage, but ok for an overnight bag.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, with the guesthouse being so close to everything. Everything was so clean and beautifully kept. Pam and Brad were exceptionally accommodating, providing great breakfasts and lovely to chat to! The garden outside is beautiful to sit in and everything you need is a walkable distance. This is definitely where my partner and I will be staying during future trips down south. We had the best time and will certainly be looking to come back soon, hopefully!

Nothing negative to say.

Pam is a fantastic host. When we arrived we were greeted and shown to our room. The room was spacious, clean and full of character. You’re a stones throw from Cowaramup town centre for dining and shopping. Breakfast was exceptional. Pam offers a homemade selection of items and we felt comfortable and well fed to set us up for the day. We loved every moment.

The shower floor tiles were a little slippy. It might be a great idea to have a rubber shower mat inside the shower. We loved the plates, cups and cutlery but weren’t sure if we needed to clean the items as there was no kitchen sink. It maybe a good idea to explain the process in the book.

Everything was perfect to a “T”. Pam and Brad are the r perfect hosts in every way. Always there if you need them. The room (King room) was spacious with very comfortable beds. The room has a place for your luggage as well as two very comfortable armchairs. The breakfast is utterly amazing! Pam’s ham and egg muffins as well as her muffins are soooo scrumptious. We stayed for 4 nights because there is also a lot to do and see in the area. Pam and Brad can give you a lot of tips and ideas. We would definitely stay here again

I was so pleasantly surprised by everything about this property. So very thoughtful and warm hosts. They looked after all our needs in advance and even catered to last min dietary requests for our allergies. Pam and Brad are so so warm and undoubtedly the best hosts I’ve ever encountered ever. The property is soooooo beautiful, comfortable and well maintained. Location couldn’t have been better. I’m coming back!!!

Impossible to not like!

The stay was excellent! While it didn’t have a modern vibe, the property was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Pam, the owner, was incredibly kind and caring, and she prepared a delicious breakfast. I have seen some reviews criticising the breakfast, but as someone who travels a lot, I found it faultless. The beds were super comfy, and the rose garden was lovely.

The only thing missing was shower gel, as they only provided soap bars.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the 'main drag' of Cowramup. It is a 'Motel style' Guesthouse with bedroom separate from the main house where breakfast was served by Brad and Pam in the lovely dining room which overlooked the patio/garden.It was lovely watching the birds coming for the seeds every morning. A continental style breakfast with plenty of choice, delicious bacon and egg made in a muffin shape and the most amazing freshly made muffins every day. Delicious, with plentiful tea and coffee. Brad and Pam were great hosts and the loveliest people who made us feel very welcome.

Nothing we didn't like. The place was a little dated but the new owner Brad and Pam are doing a great job refreshing things and adding little luxuries like toiletries and local hand made soap. The room was large and very comfortable with a lovely shower-room. The bedlinen and towels were very good quality and everything was immaculately clean.

Excellent hosts providing a good 'fusion' of motel style accommodation and guest house friendliness. Similarly, the breakfast was a step up from many motel 'continental' breakfasts. Our bed was super king size and along with the pillows very comfortable.

Although not a problem at nights the sound of traffic was always present in the day, it didn't however detract from our stay as we were out most of the time

Our stay was perfect in every way, from the room to the location and the staff! We couldn’t have been happier with the excellent customer service the owners went above and beyond to accomodate our requests. The room was immaculate and the property was so cute. Breakfast every morning was delicious. We will definitely be recommending to others and hopefully will stay here again.

The owners were friendly and helpful and made you feel welcome. The cottage style gardens and private small leafy courtyard to the room created a nice feel. Good continental breakfast in a nice dining room overlooking the garden. Outside chairs and tables in the garden. While the rooms are not recently updated, they were clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Very good value for money.
