Clean, spacious, and comfortable, nice well maintained surroundings, gòod location, easy check in. Quiet. Well furnished. Beds, sofas, dining chairs all very comfy. The shower is spacious and bathroom and toilet sparkling clean. Cabinetry in kitchen and bathroom is obviously old but serviceable and clean and some plumbing fittings newer. Very nice private outdoor area under cover. Ice cubes in freezer very welcome!

No cling wrap or alfoil in kitchen. Not much serving ware eg platter, larger, bowl. Shared carports are small for 2 larger vehicles eg 4WDs.

A beautiful, modern, stylish home from home. It was well equipped.The beds were large and comfortable. It was very bright and airy. A short walk to the river at the back and an equally short walk to the beach at the front. You would need transport to get to Dunsborough's shops and restaurants/cafes. We would definitely return if we travelled this way again.

Clean comfortable and spacious family units..well equipped also…our unit was facing river which was not running so more a mud flat in January but would be different I am sure at other time of year. Across the road from beach also..I have no issues with this property and would stay again…management were helpful dealing with noisy neighbours one night…very good overall

The location was excellent. There was a cycle path which led to Dunsborough one ay and Busselton the other. The house was next to the playground which meant we could watch the children from our unit. Kitchen was well equipped. BBQ facilities were good and we enjoyed using the tennis court (raquets supplied) the ping-pong table and the pool table.

The stairs were very steep for the smaller children and there was no safety gate. It might have been available, but we didnt ask.

Loved the way the property was set out. Privacy was awesome. Literally across the road from the beach The appartment had everything we needed and close to Busselton for Ironman event

Nothing. It was pefect and if we return to Western Australia we would stay here longer and give Mandurah a miss

The beach is nearby, and there are tennis courts, table tennis, and billiard tables, so we had a great time.

The kitchen equipment is old and not functioning properly. The kitchen draw needs cleaning. We have to share parking in front of the house with the neighbors, but it’s a bit tight to park.

The villa is located 4 km from the Dunsborough centre in a quiet location close to the beach. The villa facilities are excellent with everything you require for a holiday stay. The villa itself was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for eight. This is the fifth time we have stayed at Bayshore in different villas, all have been excellent. Very happy with Bayshore Beachside resort.

Our villa was perfect and had everything we needed (except tissues!) The shower was relaxing and the bed was comfy. It was great to sign into Netflix on the T.V for a movie night. We even got to see a cute Quenda while sitting outside in the evening. The gardens were immaculate. We went bike riding everyday along the coast. It’s such gorgeous location! So many parks to stop at along the way and the Silver bullet coffee van at the boat ramp was a real treat.

The games room was sadly a bit of a let down. The couch cushions were sagging and not very inviting. You had to pay to use the pool table and foosball. The ping-pong table was free but the paddles were not in good condition and 2 of the 4 were broken. The tennis court was great but the balls were a bit flat.

The location was beautiful. It had the most amazing gardens and overlooked the Toby inlet. We were right near the playground which was great for the kids and I loved how the beach was just outside of the complex. The beach was sensational. Little did we know when we booked it the whale watching tours were only 150m away from where we were staying so that was an added bonus. We really loved the large roomy areas which were great for family gatherings and also spending time out on the patio just listening to the birds. You never heard the people next door and often it felt like you had the whole complex to yourself. The staff were very helpful and we asked for something to be fixed and it was done within five minutes. The kitchen was well stocked with platters and bowls so great for dinner entertaining. Often times you go places and they are short on bowls but this place even had cheese platters and dip bowls and olive bowls. We loved it and will be going back again.

I could say no pool but with such a beautiful beach so close it is not really an issue. So there isn't a great deal not to like about this place. We will be going back again.

Location was good and the property was very nice! Property was clean and well maintained. Location was good as steps away from the beach. Quiet & away from busy areas. My family loved the property, especially kids. For us the property was good place to come back and relax after spending whole day travelling around to see various places.

Certain basic supplies like toiletries, coffee supplies etc. were insufficient. Lasted only one day. Every place I have been to these are usually supplied in ample qty. With this accommodation away from shops etc. and no morning buffet, we were hoping to have a coffee before we leave house for the day. I presume it was probably due to affect of COVID era to hospitality industry. However, this will not stop us to book this place again in future.
