Just beautiful - I wanted to self-isolate for a few days and the retreat was an amazing place to do it. The decor and surroundings are to my taste, I loved it. Due to a storm, the power went out on my last night The young caretaker was absolutely fantastic in mitigating any problems I may have had. The Om Day Spa made for an amazing way to spend an afternoon in self-care.

The guest instructions said the microwave was located on the breakfast balcony, but I didn't see it. I could have asked if I'd been in a talky-peoplely mood, but I wasn't. So my fault, really. The spa instructions didn't mention using the garden hose mounted between balconies to fill the spa as it's connected to the hot water. I used the spa tap and it did not end well. Again, I could have asked for help, but I didn't.

Rooms were cosy and spa was great with beautiful view. Shower was fabulous. Didn't have breakfast but evening grazing plate was tasty. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Lovely tranquil atmosphere

Bed for me was way too high, had real difficulty getting in and out and matress was very/ too firm. Did not sleep well. TV remote was not working properly and tv reception was tempremental. TV was not a priority so did not mention to staff.

Absolutely LOVE the accommodation Room is very clean Love the outdoor spa, surrounding bushland and gardens are beautiful, pool is nice, location is fantastic Staff were lovely Place feels so relaxing and tranquil

Batteries were flat for outdoor bbq area light and could not find staff to help (minor inconvenience) pool needed cleaning - lots of bugs (pool in the middle of the bush I know 😆)

Room and spa bath were excellent. Bed was comfortable and pool and cabanas looked great but didn’t visit this time around. Would head back for sure.

Staff recommendations on local wineries could’ve been better as we were not from the area. Breakfast in the morning could’ve been slightly better, but was served on time which was good.

The balcony with the spa bath was truly great. The breakfast we ordered was surprisingly excellent and not too stingy in size. Really great. It was peaceful and quiet.

The room itself wad a bit small, but manageable. The breakfast food was excellent, but the coffee not so much. The electric fire place only ever worked five minutes at a time.

what’s not to love ! i read everything on the description but was still super impressed by everything this place has to offer. we stayed 2 nights and was so incredibly comfortable, calm and peaceful! super friendly staff that left you to do as you please. we will certainly be returning and telling all our friends 😌

everything from Uno cards, piano , guitar and record player in the lounge with the most chilled vibe to the amazing area by the pool and all things supplied. rooms had everything you needed and more ! the day spa was absolutely out of this world and fresh scrambled eggs for the morning 😍

I can’t think of anything we didn’t love about the property! The bed was very big and comfy. Clean facilities and room. Beautifully decorated. The room was decked out with amenities! Plus the location is perfect if you want to spend plenty of time by the beaches and a bite to eat from Dunsborough.

Beautiful location nestled in nature. So quiet and private with well appointed rooms. Minibar like no other! Great breakfast options served on your own Balcony. Everyday your room is refreshed along with your own hot tub ready for you to enjoy 😊 Spa treatments a real treat! Can’t wait to visit again!

Location and staff were great.

Everything about the stay was good apart from the bath robes. We had to put them outside as they stuck so bad the room smelled like it. They were filled and put back in the draws. They definitely need to be washed. We did try and call the mobile number given to use to get them replaced but no one answered.

It was perfect. It was warm, cozy and the service was just absolutely impeccable. By far the best little getaway anyone could ask for. Whether you’re relaxing in your warm bath tub out in nature or you’re tucked into bed with the fire on watching some classic’s on your massive tv screen. This place will be sure to accommodate your needs. Will definitely be staying here more often in the future
