An absolute gem & a perfect stay! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a peaceful atmosphere. The homemade food was absolutely incredible and a lovely touch to the stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it hard to get up in the morning! And the views—wow! Simply breathtaking. Waking up to such a stunning landscape was a dream. If you're looking for a cozy, relaxing escape with amazing food and unforgettable scenery, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back. We stayed at lazy river Boutique bed & breakfast to celebrate our 19th Wedding Anniversary. Everything was amazing. The hosts Liz and Steve were very welcoming and hospitable. We opted for the 3 course dinner and it was delicious. We were very happy with our stay and even got to enjoy a love kayak together. A lovely place to stay.

Lis and Steve are lovely and welcoming. Made us feel comfortable. Easy to have a row in the river with the kayaks. The dinner prepared by Steve was beautiful. I personally love the shrimp entry.

Did not had internet or wifi reception. Also the electronic devices could be updated. TV, DVD player, audio players, board games.

A peaceful place to relax close to the river and friendly hosts. There were a range of activities on site. We kayaked on the lazy river enjoying nature before we were served a delicious 3 course dinner prepared by Steve at our deck during sunset. The room was comfortable and had everything you need including a spa.

The bed was a bit hard.

Lazy River is a treasure. Short drive from Perth, Lazy River is a comfortable place to restore and connect. Walks, kayaks and the excellent dinner make for a memorable weekend.

beautiful location, very comfortable, close to the river, the hosts were super nice and hospitable- checking in and providing baked goods and fruit bowls. Respected our space though ! Perfect place to wind down and cut off from the day to day ! better than staying at a hotel !

In terms of pricing, there could have been fresh breakfast provided or the price should be reduced a bit.

Liz was very welcoming and hospitable but not intrusive. The food cooked by Steve was delicious. We had a lovely, well-balanced dinner the Friday night. It was conveniently close to Pinjarra but felt secluded and was very relaxing. The little touches of luxury really added to the experience.

The location is gorgeous. The accommodation is extremely comfortable. Every detail was considered. Liz and Steve are wonderful hosts. We had the three course meal and it was a complete delight!

The location of the Lazy River was superb. So beautiful. We used the on-site kayaks and went kayaking down the river which we had all to ourselves. It couldn't have been any better.

I wish we had been able to stay longer. There's lots to do and see in the area.
