This is a good standard hotel located a couple of blocks from the waterfront and a 5-10 min walk to the main restaurant area. It is fully self-contained with kitchenette, utensils and washing facilities. Airconditioning was effective. Wifi was free and effective.

The 'security parking' seemed to have the exit gate open most times and therefore was not actually secure. The person on reception at the time of check-in seemed vague about about which rooms had a balcony with a view towards the water, noting that most do not but most likely the higher floors towards the north. Some noticeable street noise at night.

Hotel staff were welcoming and informative and constantly attempted to make our stay as comfortable as possible. ( When we arrived early the lady let us know when the room was ready via text) Looking forward to staying here again 🙂

Unfortunately the position of the room did not offer a good outside view, which was disappointing. The room was well presented however a few welcoming items, for example - biscuits and good quality coffee were absent.

Cleanliness. Serviced daily. Changed towels, toiletries etc. Walking distance from the beach. Stayed here last week too. Those wanting access to the beach and park walkways it is well located and has heaps of public transport an easy walk away. There is plenty of parking around the building. I found a park right out front every evening after work.

I thought the price was a bit much, compared with other available larger rooms available on booking.com. For almost half the price there were larger apartments with full kitchens an easy 3 minutes drive away. All in all, it was because of the short walk to the beach, I think. I didn't see a pool or a gym at all. Though it was on booking.com. This might have been nice.

Excellent staff at reception. We were greeted with a warm welcome. The apartment was very clean and the beds comfortable. We didn't hear any noise from outside or any noise from other guests except from the floor above us. We could hear someone moving around early in the mornings. I can only assume that there is soundproofing in the walls but not in the ceiling.

We had a room with a shower in the bath which was fine, however, it was a bit slippery and a grab rail would make the shower safer when entering and existing the bath.

Quest Rockingham has an amazing location, the beach front and restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. Parking on the street is free and we never had an issue finding a space despite visiting over Christmas period. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The preferred bed configuration of the two bedroom apartment didn’t communicate from booking.com to the accomodation. I encourage you to check with Quest once booking. The staff were able to fix this in the short term for us without issue.

The bathroom toiletries were pleasant smelling. The room was very functional and I was pleasantly surprised it had a decent sized kitchenette. Fridge, microwave, 2 elements and condiments. I used the pepper and salt too. Thank you.

The room was cold when I arrived and the Heating took some time before it warmed up. I had to wear all my clothes to bed so I could fall asleep. I discovered the next day, that the room was still cold because there was a window that was left ajar to allow for fresh air to be in the room. Once this was closed I could heat the room properly.

this place was great.. very spacious.. large king bed.. close to shops/restaurants etc.. and the beaches... staff were friendly indeed.. seemed a bit pricey.. but its on par with what is around in the same area.. so its worth looking at

paying for secure parking.. at this price.. secure parking should be included.. but at $10 per day.. wasnt that bad...

Have stayed at the Quest Rockingham a few times now and the standard is always good. Everything is clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. We particularly love the super secure parking (gates and cameras) provided especially when travelling by motorcycle. This trip we had a motorcycle on a trailer and was reassuring to be able to sleep soundly knowing everything was secure. There was plenty of room and we were not charged any extra for the second parking bay we required. If travelling to Kwinana (Perth Motorplex) or Rockingham I will always stay at the Quest Rockingham and not the other less favourable motels/hotels in the area. I do not rate them well at all in comparison.

There is very little not to like at the Quest R motel though I do wish there were not doors connecting the adjoining room not that I have noticed anyone in the adjoining room during my previous stays.

The staff were all friendly. The apartment had everything I needed that I packed just incase. From hairdryers, to earbuds, makeup pads, good quality shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Had all the cooking utensils and variety of cups & glasses.

The apartments don’t have a chute on each level. Bins would have to be emptied in the carpark if overfilled.

Extremely clean. No dust. Nice decor. Not full with unnecessary junk. Nice view. Comfy bed. Helping friendly staff. Just good old plain & simple. Yet everything we needed was there. Housekeeping was on ball. Close to shops beaches visitor information.

I did not like the way I could not put the air con on in bedroom if the front door was not shut. The inability to operate separate air con depending on the room I was in. I did not feel as if I was informed as to money being taken from my c card already on the very morning I was arriving.
