Top location just across the road from family-friendly park and beach. Plenty of good cafes and restaurants nearby

Very tight car park made parking a hassle . It could do with black out curtains for a nice lazy lay in. The street light outside hour windows didn't help .

Apartment is in an exceptional location right across from the beach front. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and included basic amenities. During our stay we needed to contact the Property Manager due to maintenance issues (light globes out on balcony and unfortunately the fridge wasn't operating). However, these issues were rectified promptly. Upon resolving the issues raised, we enjoyed our family stay at Spinnakers Apartments.

Apartment requires an update of kitchen utensils- most pots/crockery were well used and some sets were incomplete.

Everything, comfortable, the view was absolutely fabulous view, and the stuff were very welcoming and forthcoming to all requests. will definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Rockingham area.

Absolutely great location short walk to multiple venues for breakfast Lunch and dinner, incredible views of the ocean etc. Very clean and relatively modern, great coffee. Secure building and fee free secure parking. Had a great relaxing stay.

Location, decor, outlook were all fantastic. Super clean.

The kitchen was light on equipment which wasn’t a huge problem for our two night stay, but any longer and if you wanted to cook you’d be a bit disappointed. Some nice matching coffee mugs and wine glasses would take this apartment from an 8 to a 10 out of 10.

Location is amazing and view from the balcony beautiful. Really clean.

Mattress in main room needs to be replaced - it is very uncomfortable. Shower heads in en-suite need a good clean or something as the water pressure is terrible.

Was just thrilled with the large apartment, the view was to die for and the kitchen was divine! Extremely close to any shop and restaurant you would need, but also extremely quiet. Extremely happy with the double parking. Just absolutely loved everything about Spinnakers and I will ONLY come here next Perth holiday!!!

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like at all!

Very spacious and comfortable apartment in a quiet location with great ocean views. Great to be able to a variety of nearby restaurants and cafes. Plus walk to the main jetty

Price was a bit expensive. But that seems to be standard set apartment prices in Rockingham Would be good to have an agreement with a nearby nice gym to use (apartment guests pay casual visit not for free)

Had all we wanted: kitchen, washing machine, access to streaming services and a bed (not necessarily in that order :-). Across the road from Rockingham beach and a half hour drive from Perth, Freo and Mandurah in the other direction

Great to have a large number of people in close proximity having a laundry and self catering helped keep costs down

Apartment 15 did not have enough crockery and glasses for 6 people without having to wash up all the time
