The place is good and they also gave free drink card to their pub and a discount as well since we where staying. All was great.

The 200$ deposit fee that wasn't included in their information here in the app. We where both surprised about it. They said they will be given back once they check the room where you stay and will take 3-5 business days. It's ok as long as it is included in the information. Anyways all was great.

The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly , especially the lovely house cleaner who always made sure we had clean towels and anything else we needed

The noise from other tenants and their fighting all night keeping us awake , we also had someone trying to get into our room in the middle of the night and on the last night we were there, someone knocked on our door at 3 am asking if he could stay in our room. We said no and shut the door, when we got up that morning, the same homeless person was sitting on top of the roof of our room eating food with all his bags. It was a bit frightening having people trying to get into our room

Location was excellent, the attached pub, The Swinging Pig, was awesome. The bar staff were friendly and the food and drinks were great plus they do room service. The room (No 1) was spacious, I slept like a log because the bed and pillows were comfortable. Cleanliness was excellent especially for a heritage listed building, that was originally a mill in 1840.

I am nit picking here, maybe updated ensuite and new carpet in the room and a slightly larger dining table.

The bed was amazingly comfortable and the room was very big and stayed cool in the hot weather. Staff were great and we got a complimentary drink at the bar. Parking was very handy too.

The window was right next to the door so could easily break in if the window was open a little but not too bad, we just made sure to lock it.

Rooms were simple old school but very clean with everything I needed. Shower was powerful and hot. Staff were super helpful and barstaff were friendly too. Food and beer were great and good value too. Adjoining pubs had a great atmosphere but couldn't hear them in my room..

Would be nice if there were some thinner pillows.

Great location, clean, friendly staff and atmosphere. Liked listening to the live music next door. Loved that I could park outside my door. And key drop off was easy.

At first it was hard to figure out check in since reception was closed but you check in at the pub and it was easy. If you book over a holiday, it’s attached to a pub, I didn’t mind, but others might because it can get loud and full of people.

Easy access, Address exact on Google maps, The location between shopping precinct and bar/restaurant and small garden outside the backdoor. Fantastic noise control. Was a bit concerned when saw how close the bar was. Easy check in Lovely staff

Great staff very close to shops short drive to foreshore. Very clean nice meal good value with free drinks.Has toaster ,Microwave kettle ect.Good for short break.

No real view but its fine nice pub garden outside anyway.

Location was great. Customer service excellent, especially room service. Lovely, friendly and very courteous. Meals were ok, little overcooked for my liking. Would I stay there again......definately.

Room were exceptionally clean, even though quite aged. External and internal doors need replacing. Carpet very stained. In need of a little TLC. Bed and bedding was very clean and bed was exceptionally comfortable.
