It was clean, quiet and brilliant cabin. Having 2 bedrooms both full size rooms,full kitchen facilities and nice sized lounge room made for ease of comfort. The bathroom was a good size, with the shower being roomy. One little bonus touch was the balcony with our door setting, which was nice touch for breakfast , the local birds adding to this special area. The bed was comfy and warm . The staff were amazing, cheerful and very helpful.

Not much ,as to me it was perfect. A small thing , as a person with mobility issues the 3 steps made it a bit hard but once inside the cabin it was perfect.

Thanks to friendly, helpful staff who checked us in. And who dealt with some minor issues we had promptly without a fuss. The cabin was clean and comfortable.

A bigger fridge would have been helpful as the small bar fridge really couldn't fit much at all. And a broken door bar meant we had to lay milk down (and hope it didn't leak), which also took up room. A lamp in the second room also might have been nice, as I ended up giving my mum one from the other bedside table. Neither are deal breakers, but just things that visitors appreciate. And our TV repeatedly glitched or had 'no signal' which was a bit frustrating, but I understand that was probably an issue with the area.

I'm really glad I picked this place for a quick overnight stay after the airport pickup run. Was greeted with friendliness and warmth on check-in, despite arriving just before the reception closed. The two bed/ensuite bathroom cabin had everything we needed, especially as it was only for one night anyway. Everything was super clean and tidy. One of the paintings on the wall was sideways, not sure if that was intentional or not, but it made me laugh anyway. The traffic on the nearby main road was a bit noisy early in the morning, but I'm sure it only seemed that way to me as I'm used to a quieter setting at home. Loved the easy dusk stroll up the side street to see the alpacas and kangaroos and was lucky to be there for a spectacular sky of clouds lit by the sunset. Wished I'd arrived earlier to take advantage of a quick dip in the pool.

Bit hard to fix the highway noise unless you bring earplugs, but otherwise, the accommodation matched the price point and was perfectly acceptable.

We wanted to get away for a few days just to relax and the cabin was perfect for this. Sepentine is far enough out of the city that you feel you are in the country. It was nearly 40 degrees every day we were there and the airconditioning was great, and we appreciated having access to a swimming pool. Apart from a trip to Serpentine Dam and the cafe there, we just hung out at the holiday park and swam, read and watched the tennis!

It would probably have been nice to have a bit more shade around the swimming pool area. Also not a big deal, but the info on booking.com says the cabin has a dvd player. This info must be out of date.

The welcoming from staff was great. It was Easter weekend and the fact they had catered little gift bags for the children was really thoughtful. We booked a cabin and they provided towels toiletries, dish cloth, tea towel, dish soap etc. Kitchen amenities were great as well as the shower block. Pool was also nice and clean.

Bedside tables were a little worse for wear and could probably do with replacing. I didn't see a park or play area for children which I think would be a bonus for the park but other than that everything was great.

This is absolutely one of the best places I’ve stayed so far. Super clean, spacious, and fully equipped with a complete set of household appliances, plus, it comes with a designated parking space right at the unit. The accommodation is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the Serpentine national park. I will definitely come back again!

It would be even better if a floor map were provided in the bathing area.

It was good because is close to the waterfall and good relaxing night. It could be the best if they have a wifi in the room.

Hopefully in the future they could put wifi in the room for the people staying in the chalets. Beside that is all good comfortable and relaxing for me. Only my kids always asking how come is no wifi here mummy. To much question. I told them to relax and watch tv. For me it was awesome.👍

Clean, well equipped, good location for visiting our family in Byford. Quiet!

Not even a complaint as such but do you think we could get the pod coffee machine working…. Nup! Wasn’t a big enough issue to worry about it though. The only other thing to mention, no WIFI and my 4G reception was average at best so WiFi would have been helpful.

As a regular guest, I was truly amazed by the cleanliness of my cabin. On enquiry, I was informed that it was cleaned by Claire. What a meticulous cleaner!! Such positive attitude, zeal and commitment to her work is highly commendable. I can't wait to visit again.

The aircon, which is permanently locked at 23° Centigrade. Not warm enough for winter nights.

We were welcomed into the park so warmly, the staff were really kind. The park was quiet and peaceful and was a close walk to see some llamas or go up the hill to Serpentine time Dam. Plenty of open grass space around the park to play soccer. Check in & out were both super easy and pleasant. The cabin had everything we needed for our short stay.

We had no issues and would definitely love to stay here again. The kids give it a 10/10.
