Great location within easy walking distance of lots of restaurants and a short walk from the town centre. Unfortunately we had problems both finding the property and gaining access. Firstly if you rely on looking at the summary booking form the address is no 1 but actually it’s number 2. See photo. Big difference when you are late and stressed. Secondly it was not made clear that if you have any doubt that you will arrive after 5 the office is locked and for us, the out of hours number just didn’t get answered. We had not received a text message nor an email. Appreciate worked for some guests but in our case not! It was only the kindness of another guest who let us in to the office and used their code to open the safe did we get our keys. When we got to our apartment the second bedroom and bathroom had not been unlocked and we had to find a member of staff to open them the next morning. Lucky there were only 2 of us and not 4! Unfortunately there was not really an apology, more outrage that someone had broken the rules to let us in. For whatever reason we didn’t get the messages and no-one apologised!

Gorgeous view, lovely clean and fresh bathrooms. For a small apartment it felt clean, neat and spacious. Great location, easy to walk to the main strip and close to restaurants. Beautiful parks & water nearby.

Our apartment was quite warm (even on a cool day) so we had to use the aircon for most the time. The single beds were quite narrow, they were comfy enough but aware of the edges when sleeping. Although we didn't use the BBQ, it looked like it could use a re-fresh. There were adults hanging around the front smoking at night and one man was looking through the reception door after hours like he was trying to sneak in, felt a bit unsafe but probably nothing. The walk along the corridor/balcony to the room from the lift was long, especially when juggling kids and so much luggage! Access at both ends would be handy.

The location is ideal. We had our pick of great restaurants, and the view of the marina was stunning and entertaining. We could walk everywhere. Having secure undercover parking on-site was great, too.

The biggest issue is that we didn't get a mid-stay clean on our 8-day stay. It sounds like it was an error, but by the time it was corrected, it was our seventh day, so we only had one night with clean sheets. The apartment TV wasn't a Smart TV. A DVD player was provided, but it is an obsolete addition. I would suggest an upgrade. The apartment had the basics for tea and coffee (although 3 tea bags for an 8-day stay was a bit stingy). I don't know why nobody ever provides salt.

Loved the location, so many eateries just downstairs and within walking distance. We didn't have to drive anywhere we didn't want to. There was always some place different to try. Everything was clean. The kitchen was stocked with crockery and cutlery, as well as cooking utensils which we used several times. I did a couple of laundry loads; laundry powder supplied. The view from every direction was amazing. We'd come back again.

Just a couple of small things. The dishwasher, the cutest little thing, but it didn't clean well. Although dish washing powder was provided. There was always stuff left on the dishes. I used it several times and in the end decided just to wash the dishes myself. Also, not sure if they were supposed to check and replenish the complimentary items in the kitchen and bathroom, tea, coffee, soap, etc. We used them up and had to keep asking for top-ups. But again, not a big deal. We asked and they provided. It just wasn't checked at all the whole time we were there. We had to ask. It certainly won't stop us from coming back.

The view was spectacular. Our balcony was large and had a dining table, outdoor chairs plus a Weber Q. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms plus kitchenette with laundry facilities. Dining are plus couch and TV.

The lifts were not working so we had to use the emergency stair case. It was extremely hard on my knees as I have a prior knee injury. In fairness we were warned beforehand but not having stayed before I had no idea how many stairs there would be! To get from the underground car park you had to climb one set of stairs then another set to the apartment. From the reviews it appears the lift has been out of service since 18th October 2024, it is now 29th November so six weeks! That seems ridiculous. We were told they would be fixed the day we left but who knows!! I feel sorry for permanent residents climbing the stairs with bags of groceries!!

Perfect place for families to stay. Endless eating options. The private little bbq on the balcony is a bonus. Great little swimming area for the kids too. Really nice to walk around the area. Pillows were perfect.

Our room could’ve used some airing out before we arrived. It was really stuff when we walked in. Maybe smaller seats on the balcony as we couldn’t walk passed the table when 4 people were sitting at the table. We had to use the bedroom to get to the kitchen. Some angry guy yelling from the pier across from our balcony ruined our last night’s sleep. He was blaming the whole hotel for having some gear taken from his boat. Clown.

Although I booked a 2 bedroom apartment at the Dolphin Quay Apartments, I didn't actually stayed at Dolphin Quay Apartments. I was informed that my accommodation was upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment at Bridgepoint apartment. Bridgepoint apartment was truly amazing with a panoramic view of Mandurah Eastern Foreshore and the nearby canal homes. Sunrise to sunset, you can see dolphins swimming in the lagoon and birds of all varieties. The apartment was tastefully furnished and the team from Mandurah Luxury Accommodation was most helpful from pre check-in to check-out. Many thanks to Bella, James, Irene and Isabelle for making our stay at Mandurah a most memorable one! I highly recommend anyone to book at stay at Dolphin Quay Apartments or Bridgepoint 1105 as you will be well taken care of by the great team at Mandurah Luxury Accommodation!

Amazing location, close to walk to lots of restaurants and points of intrest. loved sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins play in the marina. bed was comfortable and the apartment had all the facilities we needed

There was a bit of a smell to the bathroom, not sure if from the toilet or one of the drains but was tolerable. it was a hot day when we arrived and the basement car park was so stuffy you could hardly breath down there, on the cooler days it wasnt so bad

Easy access to cafes and restaurants. Mostly quiet apart from a few rowdy oafs. They settled pretty quickly though. The apartment has everything to make the stay comfortable. Plenty of street parking nearby if you don't want to squish into the underground parking.

I was only there for two nights, so not much to dislike. Perhaps the placement of the toilet in the bathroom was a bit odd? I used the washing machine which was of a strange brand. Top loader with no agitator. The washing came out a bit how ya doin' but in the grand scheme of things, not a big deal.

Size of the unit was great, nice to look out to water, sliding doors on balcony were sufficiently soundproof that the beachgoers (and there were lots of kids playing in the bay in front of our unit) didn't disturb us, size of ensuite was great, mattress was sufficiently hard and large

basin in the ensuite was choked after 1 use. A lot of gunk floating in the basin which meant it hadn't it been cleaned for a long time.
