The restaurant was amazing, 10/10 flavour and value, The staff were great too. The lady who checked us in was amazing and helped us by changing rooms for us because of noisy neighbours, shewas so understanding and nice about it. Great location, nice pool.

The room was a bit dirty, in that there was stains all over the carpet, and some of the pillows smelled bad, and the couch couldnt be used really because it just bottomed out and you sank all the way down to the floor, we stacked the cushions and pillows on it and it was still really uncomfortable, it needs replacing. There was also cockroaches in the kitchen area and there was mold in the lids of the body wash and shampoo in the shower and someone elses hair on the wall of shower.

Very comfortable little studio with pool view. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 mins walk to dolphin boat trips and shops. Staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating, There was a microwave, fridge freezer and toaster with plates, bowls and cutlery. Provided cold water in fridge for arrival 10/10 I was only supposed to stay a few days and just kept extending it I enjoyed it so much

Only small thing I would say is to provide washing up liquid, as there was dish cloth and tea towel. Luckily I had my own sachet so wasn't a problem, bit that's the only small improvement which could have been made

Big comfortable bed in good sized bedroom. good sized bathroom and kitchen. reception and service people were good with up keeping of room, grounds and their communication. Quite location. Very close to shops , beach ,restaurants and Central area.

For a big bathroom shower was very cramped. Not good if your a bigger person. Neighboring smokers made it unpleasant at times. We couldn't have the sliding doors or windows open for fresh air most of the time. A little run down in rooms/items but paid a good price so can't really complain as we still had a good stay.

The room was quite spacious. The restaurant and staff went far and beyond to ensure that everything was satisfactory. The extensive menu was great and the food went beyond my expectations. I did ensure that the two lasses who served me on both evenings knew that i was completely satisfied with the food and, more importantly, their service.

For me personally there was nothing i would say that could have been done more to my satisfaction.

Had good facilities Microwave and fridge in room pool outside. Room 42 was nice and spacious

The first room I was offered was very run down so I asked for another room. No one to greet new arrivals waited and then I had to look around for someone to serve. Short staffed. The water pressure was terrible making it hard to have a warm shower, you either had a hot or cold shower. Rooms do not invite wifi connectivity you need to ask for the password which doesn’t connect to the name of place, so you have to ask again. Staff not friendly need to have customer service training. Need better front signage

Location was good. Was there for night before crab fest without knowing anything about it. Walked there in less than 10 minutes. Lots happening in the town. Pool and communal courtyard were lovely. Nice restaurant and bar. Room was a little old but well set up and clean. Everything we needed for 1 night stay. Would recommend.

Pillows needed updating. Slight walk from car to room may annoy some.

We liked that it was neat and tidy and that aircon worked well. The aircon was a big thing for us too. We also loved the friendly staff that were very cooperative with any questions we had

We didn't like the stairs situation to get to our room given we had leg injuries and the location of the TV being to the side of the bed instead of in front of it.

Staff were very helpful seafood night at restaurant was exceptional i now wish we bought our grandchildren as there were other children there that im sure they would of played with...will definitely be back...Thanx from Room 47 stayed 27/12/24-31/12/24

Couldn't change towels until after your 3rd night

Apartment set up with 2 x bedrooms was good for us. Beds were super comfortable. Resort felt secure with cctv and gated access. Much closer to Town Beach and marina than initially thought.

The resort was a little tired but I think that was in line with our expectations and price paid. The room furniture was well worn and kitchen needed a facelift. The guest with the black Jeep whose alarm kept going off.
