Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, very clean and comfortable room with amazing shower. The pool is lovely and clean with great relaxing atmosphere, pool chairs and gazebo which is great to enjoy their beer on tap from their bar on a warm day. The in house Indian restaurant is absolutely amazing with delicious freshly made food. All this in a very quiet location with such friendly and helpful staff.

For us it was great no complaints. We stayed for 4 weeks.

Great value for money, esp when compared with other places we've been staying, needing 2 beds as two friends travelling, WA is expensive for accommodation and when trying to find budget accommodation its difficult. Very clean and spacious and everything we needed included in the room such as kitchenette, tea and coffee and toiletries, comfortable beds and bedding, air con plus restaurant and pool and good parking (right outside each room) on site.

Lack of power sockets for charging but it's a similar issue everywhere we've stayed. The two sockets for the kitchenette appliances didn't work so had to juggle an adaptor cord from the floor when they should be fixed.

Staff upon arrival were fantastic & throughout our 2 night stay & friendly . Room was made up well & quite clean . Rooms were modern & not outdated . Spa was very clean & very relaxing . Daily housekeeping was very good . Pool was nice & fresh & inviting . The restaurant on site was fantastic . I can see why people travel to this location for a very good affordable meal . Late check out was also good & only cost a further $10 per hour .

I was at a function and their check in time was 9 pm the latest. I arrived there at 10:30 p.m. and they were very accommodating. as I left in the early morning, I did not get a chance to see the whole complex nor their restaurant so I cannot comment. It is very tidy and clean with their surroundings.

The one comment I would have is It has been fully renovated so there is this mixed feeling between a motel and a resort.

Everything was clean and neat. We asked for a quiet room and they delivered. The workers were very courteous and obliging. Close to the town center and even though on the main road into Pinjarra, we could hardly hear the traffic going by.

Some maintenance issues were in our room which we reported so they could respond. The kitchen sink mixing tap was wobbly, a blown globe on the bed head on one side and the arm on one of the chairs needed tightening as one bolt was completely out. These are minor issues and they can't do anything about it if they are not told. Thanks guys.

Pinjarra Resort is actually more a motel than resort. Everything was very clean, sheets, towels etc., bed comfortable and it appeared there had recently been an upgrade of bathroom, kitchen sink, microwave etc. Basics were supplied but if you like hand towels, coffee, shampoo etc., best to take some extra items as hand towels not supplied only big bath towels and packets of coffee not replenished. The resort/motel was value for money, staff were pleasant and helpful and the small meal we had in the restaurant was very good and tasty

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Would stay there again and take some extra supplies. The resort/motel was home to a number of trades people who worked in and around Pinjarra. It was a base for various trades

There was some confusion about the room during check-in, but it turned out the confirmation email (which I hadn't read) stated that bed numbers needed to be confirmed, even though I had booked a two-bed room through the booking site. While this issue wasn't the venue's fault, the staff were polite and quickly resolved the problem by setting us up with a new room.

Location was good. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Shower pressure great.

Some of the comfort things missing eg. no hooks for clothes in bathroom. No handtowel or facewasher provided. Huge shower area, but no grab rails. One packet of complimentary biscuits provided for two people, probably better to have none. Just didn't feel homely.

Clean, Bright, Large Comfortable Rooms, Good Beds, Perfect location for anytwhere south of Rockingham. Me and my grandson stayed here and it was perfect for us, the table and chairs are very handy. If you're coming up from Esperance and need to stay south of the City, this is the place to stay.

Having some renovations, will be a 10 once these are complete.

Sandi, the young lady who greeted us at reception was great. She offered to arrange for a taxi etc if we required it (no bus on Sunday / Monday as public holiday) and although they were fully booked for another night’s accommodation that we needed, she offered to ring around. Sandi is a credit to the motel and we would have no hesitation in staying again.

The room was clean and “fit for purpose” - I have no criticisms.
