A very comfortable 1 bedroom apartment. All close to shos and a short drive to the town centre. We enjoyed our breakfast and coffee on the balcony every morning. The gardens and access to the boat moorings very lovely.

Car parking spaces are too small and this is a issue if you have a 4 Wheel Drive or large car. We were lucky our wing mirrors folded inwards! It is not the Mandurah C fault, but the children in the outdoor swimming pool area at night were very noisy and out of control. Obviously lacking in parental guidance and no security to deal with it. We suggest to requeat a room away from the swimming pool so you can have some peace.

I really enjoyed staying here, and I loved the overall experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made me feel welcome. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The neighborhood was quite noisy at times, and the laundry facilities weren’t very convenient. Every time I needed to go out, there was very little privacy because there were so many people in the other rooms, and you could easily hear them as well. Despite these issues, the stay was still great overall, and I appreciate the hospitality.

The room was good, light was good, bed was comfortable. All things were clean. The staff were really friendly.

We were facing the road on the bottom floor so this invited someone to knock on the window/sliding door this morning "by mistake" while we were asleep. Unfortunately no view other than road but not blaming the property just not ideal. Had a couple of spiders visit together last night but otherwise all good. Would have been great if some kind of cable TV was offered but at this moment just TV.

Close to the town centre, with shops within walking distance. Being on the canal was peaceful. It was lovely to have a private table in the garden setting.

The checkin process was painful - the office was only open until 2pm (checkin time) so I had to call, and send ID to get access to the keys. Access through the gates in and out was difficult - with the pass swipe too far from the car door to reach easily. And what happens if there's a fire and you can't get out without the swipe??? The air conditioner on the balcony above was very noisy and made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful drink at the table outside.

Quiet area. Secure parking. Within walking distance of an IGA. And walking distance into main areas of the Mandurah foreshore . The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed to cook our own meals.

Bath shower could be a little difficult for some to get into . Could have done with a blanket in the room though as it was cold on our legs sitting in the seated area .

I got upgraded to the ocean side apartment on the water. It was amazing views and great vibe to wake up to every morning. Quiet neighbors. Fast internet and room came with washing machine and dryer which was handy. Had a great experience with zero issues. Highly recommend.

The C Mandurah resort had a Bali feel about it. The location of the property was great and well within a short walk to the Mandurah foreshore. Very friendly staff and welcoming when checking in also.

I did alert the reception that the previous person in my allocate apartment had left a half eaten pizza and garlic bread in the microwave oven which also appeared to have created a mess within the oven. I cleaned the oven and disposed of the food. This issue was not deal breaking but the cleaner could have noticed this as much as I did.

5 minutes from the centre! 20 minutes by foot!The staff are awesome 😎 they are so lovely! The room is really spacious and clean, bed was comfy! Plus you get a free car slot, which is great 🙌🏼 I’d absolutely stay here again! I was very pleased with everything :) 😊

The shower leaks and you can hear it but it isn’t incredibly loud.

Apartment was perfect for our stay and the gift bag of tea/coffee etc was appreciated. It was very clean and quiet, we were upgraded to a one bedroom unit which had a lovely balcony overlooking the garden. The apartment was spacious and well set out, the kitchen overlooked the dining and large lounge area leading to the balcony. The only worry could be that the stairs are very narrow and steep, however we are in our 70’s and managed them easily. Laundry was downstairs and shared with ground floor unit. Great washing and drying facilities which we appreciated. There is a small shopping area within walking distance and a bakery with many cabinets of tempting delights. Enjoyed Mandurah very much.

Nothing in the information handout said we could ask Reception for clean towels therefore we only had one towel per person for the three days and they only supplied 2 small cakes of soap and one small tube of shampoo and one of conditioner for a booking for two people. We mentioned this on check-out and we’re told by receptionist that we could have come to reception and asked for more!

The room was comfortable and clean, the access to the gardens was convenient and the plants were lovely (despite the recent hot and dry weather), the location / proximity was excellent, the pool was clean and we enjoyed our swim, the resort was secure.

Getting our keys from reception wasn't the easiest process as we had to get buzzed in and wait. The parking is a real problem. We only just fitted our SUV in the designated parking space. However, we had been warned beforehand.
