Location is excellent.

The Chalet floors could have been cleaned better, the glass sliding door lock was faulty & you couldn't lock the door (we reported this to reception when checking out) vertical blinds could do with a good clean & one was broken. Normal wear & tear but extremely narrow between the wardrobe & bed in Spa Chalet No 12. My ear bud fell out of my ear & under the single chair there was a lot of dirt & dust under the chair like it had not been cleaned under in a very long time. I wouldn't stay in Number 12 again too narrow & odd layout TV reception was very bad kept breaking up.

Location is great 5 min walk to dolphins quay so a few dining options around Spa chalet is well maintained, a few handprints and scuff marks on walls, not a major issue Spa is massive and could easily fit three people in it Bed is comfortable enough. it would be better if it was a queen

Nothing wrong will the chalet it self just some small things for my person preference are Deep bowls as the ones in the chalet are shallow and small glass would be nice some recycling bins next to the general rubbish would be great The little shower shelf it not in the best spot kept knocking things off

The spa bath is just what I needed and I was happy to see the jets were clean when I turned it on. Everything was clean and spotless.

No human interaction. The office is there but everything is in a safe when you arrive and you just have to follow instructions on the envelope with your keys in it and a map inside. There is no one there to greet you on your arrival or to ask how your stay was when you check out. Covid days are over, but it still feels like a very isolated place. It was nice in the accommodation and peaceful, but human interaction would be nice too.

Great spot and check-in was a breeze Good sized unit with good size fridge, plenty of utensils etc. enabling you to cook and prepare meals. Bed although only a double, very comfortable and pillows were ok. Overall spotless unit and grounds well kept. Restaurants, shops and marina all outside the gate. Overall a great stay and would recommend to family and friends.

Small, uncomfortable lounge seating and TV old and not functioning well. Understand furniture needs to be sturdy, but an update to these would be an asset.

It was an overnight stay on my way from Margaret River to Perth. Very quiet and easy. I enjoyed a short walk around the marina on the morning of checkout. I had a very good sleep because the bed was great and the unit was very quiet :-)

Luckily I didn't need to keep much in the fridge for an overnighter but I was concerned that the fridge was too cold and froze the milk I brought with me. It didn't matter much to me but there was no tea towel, hand towel in the bathroom, no washing up sponge or scourer in the kitchen.

Stayed with my mum & aunty as visiting dying aunty in Mandurah. We all loved the Chalet, very clean & tidy, had everything we needed for our short stay, walking distance to eateries, etc & staff couldn't have been more helpful!! We recommended the Chalets every time, to all the taxi drivers that picked us up, as a great place to stay!! Great little beach area only short distance away too, complete with family covered areas, bbq's etc

Excellent location, walkable to the boardwalk, bars, restaurants, and to the parks. And to Woolworths supermarket if needed. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, and everything spotless, kitchen well equipped - even had a coffee plunger. Parking was right next to the cabin, and the park had BBQ facilities and outdoor seating, plenty of bins for rubbish and recycling. Check in was a breeze.

The only niggle was the bedside lights don't shed any light for reading, and it would be nice to have a lamp in the main room, so the overhead lights didn't need to be turned on - but there was not really anything to not like about the place.

The accommodation as spotless and very centrally located. The chalet was totally equipped for a short or long stay (kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms). Didn't stay long enough to comment on the housekeeping but expect it would have been first class. Beds were very good. Parking at your doorstep. The whole complex, although central in Mandurah, was very quiet at night. Aircon was spot on.

Swiping coming in with the car was a bit of a stretch. It may be normal for Australian bookings but that was my first time on Booking.com that I didn't have the free cancellation option. Other than that all good

We loved that the units were designed to keep the sun out so that it was still nice and dark for a sleep in in the morning. They were in a great area within walking distance to anything you could want. I’m glad I got a good deal though cos I could probably have stayed at a fancy hotel for the same price as what I would have paid without the deal.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like as such but we didn’t have any interaction with the owners and we were under the impression that there was a play ground within the facility which there wasn’t but there’s plenty close by.

Location is fabulous, easy and beautiful walk into town along the foreshore. The chalets are exactly as they look in the photos, bright, and clean. 200m to a protected swimming beach at the marina, and plenty of restaurants at marina precinct within a 5 minute walk too.

The queen sized bed was less comfortable than the two singles which was a shame. The singles were lovely, the queen hurt my back. Would have also been nice to have been accommodated with the slightly earlier check in request (around 1:15pm) as we were travelling down from Perth.
