Location was excellent

The entry is through the garage. And stairs straight away to get to kitchen family lounge area . Then stairs to bedrooms. Total of about 36 from garage to bedrooms. Not good for people with back, leg, or other disabilities

The receptionist and first maintenance person were very professional. The spacious and upmarket apartment is close to most eating places and facilities. One of the only apartments I've stayed in that supplies scissors and a grater. Comfortable beds.

Lack of supplies, no broom or dustpan and brush. The oven wasn't clean and set off the fire alarm 😒 with the smoke on opening the oven door. The oven was to be cleaned when we left, by my request. The second maintenance person 🙄 with no idea of how to fix the loungeroom TV. The TV remote didn't work, as the infra-red on the set has had it. Plus it was hard to manually switch on the TV as the switch was not working all the time. Hours later, it still wasn't fixed and not when I left, after eight days.

Garage is suitable for 2 small or medium-sized cars. We had a ute and a wagon, so we couldn't shut the garage door. The bottom step is the same colour, which blends in with the floor tiles , which can be tricky to see. I believe it should have a metal strip on the edge to see it.

Convenient location, clean, spacious, comfortable beds, reasonably well-equipped kitchen, good living space, closed garage. Rooms a good size, except the one with the triple-bunk, which would be a bit squishy for 3.

We rented 2 adjoining apartments so also noticed several differences. In one apartment, the downstairs bedroom has no door so was very exposed. The other apartment did not have any extractor fans (or heat lamps) in the bathrooms so was very steamy after a shower. One had a dish drainer, the other didn't. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning unit in one of the apartments was not functioning so it got rather cold inside. The staff kindly offered us a discount and provided some portable heaters and extra blankets, which were much appreciated, but it would still have been rather uncomfortable if we had stayed for longer than our 2 nights.

Its location and facilities were great like the pool and parking.

The lounge is quite old and grubby, the air vents were needing a clean. A bigger TV would have been nice and a smart TV as we all like to chrome cast to Netflix ect. The Patio area was quite small and the garden beds were full of tall weeds

The A/C went down before we arrived they did provide fans and where very apologetic and offered a free cot and refund if we wanted it . We decided to stick with booking but it was still hot considering our guests were straight off a plane from UK.

Great location, easy walking distance from many lovely restaurants and the marina. Beds were comfortable, we had ocean glimpses, property had all the amenities you could want.

Unfortunately, we didn't realize there were so many stairs! There are stairs from the garage to the main level and more stairs from the main level up to the bedrooms. We managed, but being a couple of older ladies we struggled a bit! Younger people won't have this problem.

Awesome unit with everything a family of five would need for a short stay. Rooms were large and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were great. Close to shops and good wifi (that’s important according to the teenagers!) - everything was perfect.

Nothing to dislike - this property had it all!

We particularly liked the spaciousness of the unit. The kitchen was large, with all modern appliances, a large lounge area and adequately sized bedrooms. We loved the balcony area which meant we could sit outside. The unit was very secure with a carport and gated entrance. Walking distance to Mandurah Foreshore and Dolphin Quay.

The only down side was negotiating all the sets of stairs to get to the living area and bedrooms.

The whole house is clean and at good location, very secure too. I love the fact that there are multiple bathrooms for each bedroom. There is a small machine game to play too.

The most downside thing is the bedrooms do not have more than 1 electric socket. And there is no bathroom on level 1. My parents are old and they cannot go upstairs so they stay at level 1 but it does not have the bathroom for them, just toilet.
