The water pressure was amazing. Everything was clean and omg it was so good to see you guys still use normal cutlery! Thank you!

Warning about the hot water would have been awesome! Highly suggest a sign up in the bathroom telling people to turn on the cold first would be smart. The shower head didn’t move so I had to use a towel to cover my arm to avoid burns to turn the hot off and start again with the cold. Oh and letting people know the windows are open on arrival would down your power… we had the heater going all night and were still cold and figured it out the next morning that the window was wide open.

It has an ideal location, within a quick walking distance to the foreshore, shops, restaurants etc and a bus stop right outside the door. The staff are all so lovely and this is my first choice each time I need to stay in Mandurah, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. There’s parking right outside your door, and the rooms are all very clean with a super comfy bed. Everything you could need is provided, from the tv, kettle, fridge, microwave etc, and I just love the shower because it’s roomy enough for two 😉, with excellent water pressure, lovely and hot. It appears to be an older building, but I feel that only adds to the charm, so don’t judge a book by its cover. Inside is perfect.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property itself, as unfortunately they have no control over the other guests lol.

The location was perfect for us as it is across from the foreshore where we rented a pontoon boat. It is very central and next too all amenities. The swimming pool was clean and the water was nice, rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were lovely, really friendly and they let us in the rooms early so we could park our car and go exploring. We had a double bed and a good sized single, perfect for us and our 12 year old. There is a full length mirror which was great for getting ready. Shower was decent with clean towels and complimentary hygiene products. Every room has its own parking bay too, which was great! Also it is right next to beautiful little cafes, perfect for heading out for morning coffee and breakfast!

Nothing, it was perfect for what we paid for. Great value for money.

Amazing location, walk to the foreshore, the shops and the pubs!!. Everything was on the doorstep and yet the room was very quiet. The pool was fantastic, especially in the late afternoon. The beds were very comfy and the kitchenette facilities (microwave, kettle and toaster) helped keep the food expense down. All of the Staff, both Reception and Room Service, were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Maybe could have a drying rack for wet bathers and towels, but we managed.

Old style motel but very good. Very comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, kettle, toaster and microwave in the room along with plates and cutlery. Absolutely perfect location, only steps to the foreshore and all the cafes and restaurants, and the local shuttle bus stops right outside. Very pleasant, friendly staff.

The only thing we did not like was the very tiny handbasin in the bathroom. It was particularly difficult to wash the dishes we had used, as the basin is so small it is impossible to put anything in it!

Price; Location; Everything is within walking distance for food: Takeaway/Eat in/Restaurant/Bars, Supermarket, The swimming pool is open until 6 pm; Ron was very couteous and had the room ready before allocated time; I have stayed at other places only due to late bookings but if anything it will always be the first place to book when coming to MANDURAH due to LOCATION.

The only thing was TV didn't work in the room we were in...however maybe best to take a DVD player like we did last time😁

Stayed 4 nights. Beds were very comfortable. I liked the double / single combo very handy when you have an older child. Simple kitchenette with 2 chairs and a table to have breakfast in your room was great. The location is very convenient. Pool and laundry on sight. Food ,shops and Foreshore easy walking distance. Staff were very friendly.

The carpet needs a good clean and neighbours had a big domestic 1 night. But other than that, it was a great spot to stay

Wonderfully helpful staff, who went above and beyond to help us out. Danielle on reception was very considerate in calling us ahead of our check in time with instructions on how to access our unit, as she was going to be away from the office. The unit was extremely clean, with everything needed for our stay. The location was ideal, only a 1 minute walk to the Mandurah foreshore

The vanity in the bathroom was very small, so water ran down the front of the unit, however this was not an issue for us.

Prime location with walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shops and the foreshore. The private and free parking space in front of the room was a big highlight for me. There was air con, a mini fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board available. All the basics. And a hairdryer available at reception.

The soap made my skin dry, but it was easy enough to buy body wash more suited to my skin.

Staff accommodated me with a late check in which was very nice of them. The motel is Situated in a fantastic location and was very affordable for the night. The grounds of the motel are immaculate. The room was pleasant, clean with very comfortable bed and quality linen. Bathrooms are modern and well stocked, plenty of towels etc. Would recommend

I forgot a plug so some USB charging in the room would be a nice addition in the future however this was my fault
