For some reasons, we took the family room suite (breakfast included). Room is spacious, with a mini-Refrigerator. Though it’s a family room, we still had a good sleep after the whole day of hiking. The TV is outdated though (no Netflix or Prime), but who needs them anyway. The nature outside is far much more better! The restaurant serves Austrian dishes, which tastes good. Especially the Kaiserschmarren. The hotel/restaurant personnel are friendly. They attend immediately to the needs of the guests.

On our second night, I think the water heater didn’t work properly. We didn’t made anymore fuss about it, still took a shower with slightly cold water. It’s summer anyway.

All was good. The location is great, very calm and wonderful place. The staff was very helpful and provided good assistance in different issues.

I cannot tell anything. Everything was great. We felt ourself very well.

Very nice located, at 1200 m, close to the nature. An outside area for children and a very nice terrace with views next to the restaurant. Owners were very friendly and accommodating.

Would need a bit of renovations here and there since the price is quite high.

The host was very kind im bringing us food despite the kitchen already having closed. The room was ok but nothing special. I would have liked a view for the price, they gave us a suite but that just meant an extra room with a bunk bed in it (which was not at all helpful for a couple on a romantic getaway). The host (man who seems to own or manage the place) was very nice to us.

At the end there was a little miscommunication about checkout time and the lady at the reception became quite unfriendly quite fast! She could have come to the room to ask us to check out but instead she shouted at us loudly for not checking out on time. Aside from that everything was great.

Hochberghaus Resort offers an amazing stay! The beds are incredibly comfortable, breakfast is a treat, staff is polite, and the views are captivating. After a long hike, the sauna at the hotel provided the perfect relaxation. Highly impressed and eager to return.

The resort is on the top of the mountain,the view & silence is spectacular. Very kind stuff. New and clean rooms. Very nice sauna spot-you can rest in the forest.

Very family friendly ❤️ the staff is extremely kind and ready to help. They care a lot for their guests and make you feel like family. We are definitely coming back soon. The landscape is a huge plus, with a breathtaking view to enjoy 😊 You have a huge magical forest to explore and have nice walks ✨ special mention for the owner who made us feel more than welcome. Such a kind person :)

Warmly welcomed by the owners, the Hochberghaus is a perfect destination to zoom out of my everydays, enjoying the genuine hospitality, food, and beautiful surroundings of the mountains.
