That was a fantastic place in fantastic location. The view from terrace is splendid, everything what was promised in the apartment was there. Everything was spotless and well looked after. There was an instant response from the owner to any request we had. Great place.

I wish I could stay bit longer, I would remove stickers from the wall and paint them again.

Very clean and very new. In contrary to some other reviews we found everything needed in terms of equipment. We appreciated the fully digital automated check in, entrance, etc. Our apartment was in the lower floor so despite very hot temperatures outside it was ok inside despite no air-conditioning. There were exciting coffee pods prepared for us which were appreciated. It was short walk distance to the grocery store (EuroSpar) as well to the promenade where it was possible to take a swim.

The extra beds too soft. Just one mirror in the bathroom very high placed so if you are not tall, you cannot almost see yourself :) but that's just a minor problem. Otherwise everything was fine!

Location is perfect, so quiet and despite the really hot summer weather the apartment and the neighbourhood was quite cool. You can just walk down to the lake and if you would walk more, Gmunden and Grünberg are not so far away as well. The apartment is enough for a couple spend nights here, everything you need is there. The flat was absolutely clean, well equipped. You have your dedicated parking space which is nice that you don’t have to bother with that. We liked the “no contact” way of entering the property, it was pretty easy.

A few mentions were about the mattress, it’s really soft indeed but it’a just a matter of taste.

Great location and super clean. Easy access and also very quiet. Good value! Everything is available what you need for a short stay - small kitchen equipped with a portable cook top, cutlery, pans, coffee machine, etc As the facility is still quite new there are some small areas of improvement, what I would personally suggest: 1) paper towels in the kitchen would be great 2) Harder mattresses would be great - the current once are VERY soft 3) bath room mirror is far too high for normal height people 😅 4) shower gel box for the shower would be great 5) bath mat would be nice as the floor gets very slippery

Location - easy to reach, vary close to centre and beach next to Lake (5-8min easy walk). Big plus parking space, very clean - not only appartement but as well surrounding. Check in/out without hasle - all works with codes. Appartement is newly renovated, clean and neat. It's not big - but for 2-3night as we stayed suitable. Basic appliances available - coffee machine, kettle, cooker (portable). For us matrace bit soft, but that's matter of taste. Wish there were kore international TV stations - although spent most time outside exploring, wished at night to watch some movie or so in English.

The surroundings and support from the host were excellent. The apartment was clean and neat. Flexible check in, and great communication from the host allowing the guests to be prepared and well-informed during the stay.

The location was fabulous. A 3 minute walk from town center and 5 minutes for the lakeside beach. The facilities were clean and well-equipped with what a person or family would need to stay for a period--the small kitchen area was well-stocked with utensils, provided dishes, pans, etc. It even included a well-equipped fitness center. The proprietor was very responsive and helpful.

Terrace with a beautiful view. The apartment was very clean and cosy. I liked the style and zoning of the apartment. Everything what we needed for comfortable stay was provided. The location was also convenient. Close to the lake and the supermarket.

Nice apartment for family, very nice view from the balcony. Close to the lake and to the shop.

Morning close church bells are not suitable for sleepers :-)

Great location, some 8 minute walk to the lake, clean facility, easy check-in.

I have stayed in the facility twice now and a wardrobe/hangers would be nice to have, as well more hanging racks for towels/clothes, especially for rooms that can house more than 2 people.
