The hotel and its location were absolutely delightful; there is truly nothing to complain about. The rooms are immaculate, and the variety of food choices is excellent. The facilities are modern and flawless, making for a wonderful stay. The main advantages: Location: The hotel offers plenty of options for hiking around the area. The nearby town with ski lifts, Mayerhofen, is easily accessible by car, bike, or on foot. The E-bike rental service works perfectly, allowing you to reach nearby tourist attractions without the need for long hikes. -Service: Each day, the hotel provides different activity ideas in a "daily newspaper." For those who prefer guided tours, there are plenty available almost every day. Additionally, yoga lessons and sauna activities make the stay even more enjoyable. -Beds: The beds were a real treat! Unlike the uncomfortable gap in the middle that you find in 90% of hotels, these beds were true double beds, making the stay feel more like being at home. -Entertainment options: The room's TV is preinstalled with apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube, allowing guests to watch whatever they like. This feature is not commonly found in hotels and was truly appreciated. Though the overall experience was fantastic, there are a few minor points that could be improved: -Sauna: It would be great to have one sauna designated for guests who prefer to wear swimwear or use towels instead of going naked. This option would make the facility more inclusive and accommodating. -Wine prices: While the wine selection is excellent, the prices are a bit on the higher side. Nevertheless, the quality of the wines offered compensates for this minor downside. In summary, our stay at the hotel was outstanding, and any small improvements mentioned here are merely suggestions to enhance an already wonderful experience. We had a fantastic time and would gladly return in the future.

Top food, fine dining

We went for our 28th wedding anniversary. The hotel is absolutely amazing built ourselves up for relaxation and sunbathing around the grounds we’d seen all the photos of the different seating areas and loungers. We had just come from 9 days of amazing weather in Europe. Got to Austria it rained constantly the hotel upgraded us for our anniversary and decorated the room as I asked My wife was so pleased the room looked fabulous shower and bathroom was second to non The bed was so comfortable and the architect who designed this place outstanding even driving into the underground garage lol I felt like Batman the staff are second to one one. I big shoutout to Lucas thank you so much. Breakfast and lunches great choice. We was a little disappointed with the evening set meal it wasn’t really our thing and we finished up eating out the 2nd night. But overall we will definitely return

Only 2 things no mini bar and no coffee machine/ kettle in the room both mentioned on your site There was a mini bar but empty. So spending a little more time in room because of downpour we would have definitely used it

The hotel was amazing. The design very unique. We had a room with a sauna inside which was amazing. The spa is excellent and the outside pool was amazing. Very good breakfast. Location comfortable- 7 mins ride to the penken lift. There is a ride from and to the hotel once an hour and one of the town buses also stops by the hotel.

The dinner is a 6 course meal and a bit exhausting, takes almost 2 hours. We got rather tired waiting for all the courses every night. Ski room convenient but lockers aren’t locked… nothing happened to our things but it’s a bit concerning since the equipment is expensive.

The resort is set in a pretty gorge with a rushing stream well outside of Mayhofen. It is possible to get there by bus from the Zillertal, but much easier if you have a car. The building itself is beautiful and the spa/sauna facilities are excellent. The meals were very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. There are a few nice hiking and bicycling options nearby, but many more if you go down to the valley. They have a couple of electric vehicle chargers (extra cost) in the garage, which was very useful for me.

We stayed for a 4 night ski trip, the hotel recommended a good airport taxi company and information related to ski hire and passes. It’s a great location with a few mins drive from the nearest ski lift. They have a bus service with regular timings to and from the hotel to ski lift. The spa facilities are great for day after skiing. The 5 course dinner is absolutely delicious, I’m vegetarian and they always have a veg option.

Spa facilities were great, but steam and sauna were nude only which can be awkward for some people. But you’re allowed to go in a towel. The bathroom door in our room was completely glass so doesn’t help if you’re not going as a couple.

Beautifully built and exceptionally comfy in both the rooms, the spa & the dining/bar areas. Excellent food and well equipped spacious rooms Convenient for the ski bus stop and with a local shuttle service as well. Great leisure facilities with indoor and outdoor pools and plenty of relaxation areas. Whilst it was probably fully booked, it never felt it as tables were well spaced out at dinner and the spa areas were large enough to accommodate all residents.

It’s not walkable to town so you are restricted to the ski bus/shuttle bus times I don’t feel that charging for water is acceptable. This is an all inclusive hotel (except alcohol) & I would therefore expect water to be available at all times free of charge.

Everything! The property is amazingly beautiful, stuff caring and friendly and helpful, location is outstanding and spa - is art of work! They thought about all the details and made my stay long lasting memory! ski/snowboarder shoes are warmed up in the storage, food is delicious, shower has its own place in my heart , bed is comfortable, bridge system give you a very unique stroll and they also pick you up and bring you to the lifts . They even notice I am eating vegetarian and proposed me out of menu dishes! I didn’t ask, they noticed! How cool is that?

Now all other properties feels not good enough 😂

What a stunning 5 day mountain escape. Beautiful wellness spaces and luxurious facilities. Just so very special all of the free events offered to guests, wow, we were so impressed. Thank you Markus for the meditation and sauna experiences. Very rarely do we stay in all-inclusive places but again, wow - the food could not be faulted. More staff are needed when the hotel is fully-booked so that dinner is not a 3 hour event but other than that, a truly exceptional time, thank you.
