We had the beautiful apartment no. 224 on the 2nd (top) floor of building B. The apartment has 10 beds - since there were only 8 of us staying, living space was no problem! The mountain view from the living room and the terrace was extraordinary, while the indoor garage is a gift when it snows! (Watch the car height!! With a higher car and a roof box the indoor garage is not an option!)

As usual, the kichen is not too well equipped (bring a sharp knife and a frying pay from home) and there were some broken equipment upon our arrival and not fixed during our stay. The layout of the apartment is quite unique: there are two toilets for the max. 10 people, but one of them is ony accessible through one of the bedrooms.

Good location, close to ski resorts Zell am See and Kaprun, in small village, close to market, bakery, few restaurants. We arrived late, but we got video with instructions how to pick up the keycard from locked box, so easy! The apartment was warm, comfortable and clean. We were family of 4, the apartment was with one bedroom in building A, still comfortable. The furniture is new and well maintained, beds and pillows comfortable. Towels for the apartment and for spa are included. TV in both rooms, plenty of channels, smart with Netflix, and there was a Sony PS with few games. Our apartment was on the ground floor, so we did not have marvelous view, but have nice garden from both rooms (living room and bedroom). We had an indoor marked park space. The spa is calm and charming, connected with building A through the indoor parking, and it is working till the late hours. The ski depo is with heaters for boots. I read in some comments that there was no hot water, which was not our experience, we had plenty all time of day and night. Also read in comments about the church bells, and yes we heard them, but they are not so loud, gentle sounds from the bell and have a calming effect, so not a problem at all. Restaurant is in the main building with reasonable prices. They are keeping security deposit 200eur which was released few days after our holiday, so you will need to have it on your card. The hair dryer switching off after 1 minute use, but I did not compline as we had our own

The apartment was very spacious and squeaky-clean. Very warm and cozy design, felt right at home! We had a beautiful view and the apartment delt very private and calm.

The kitchen is well equipped, but there were no basic groceries for cooking (for example salt, oil or even coffee). But there is a great supermarket just around the corner in which you can find anything you need.

The staff were very helpful and smiling all the time. Location is great you can reach most activities in one hour time or less than that. The building is new and has most of the needs to the family and our stay.

The noise which was in behind ingoing building and constructions it wakes us up little bit earlier than our planned time. Also the restaurant is super active and visitors were so louds till late night time with no control from hotel management as they leave at 4pm. Location of the apartments is nearby town celebration hall during our stay and was annoying our peaceful nights! Most of the disfaction about the NOISE!

Personnel was very cooperative and helpful. I really appreciate communication via whatsapp, which is not requiring your personal attendance at reception in opening times. Equipment in the apartment was fully sufficient even including Nespresso coffee machine (bring your own capsules). Heated ski room on place with the entrance just for the chipcard owners.

Problems with WIFI connection, but all solved in flexible way.

This was our 2nd stay, so coming back means we loved the apartments. Conveniently located for easy access to the slopes, supermarket at walking distance, nice staff and especially the space provided were the reasons that brought us back. As a bonus, we had a wonderful view to the mountains.

The pillows were low quality and uncomfortable. Also, more attention on cleaning is needed, our apartment had spiderwebs everywhere. In one bathroom, the soap container was missing and there was no shower gel. The microwave was not working.

Nice, well equipped apartment with underground garage and some wellness options in a great location close to everything important.

Staff was really inflexible which made our arrival slightly complicated.

Comfortable apartments close to ski areas of Kaprun and Zell am See. A strong plus is the parking garage under the apartment block.

The shower water was cold after most guest returned after a day of skiing 🙁 The capacity of hot water supply is apparently insufficient when a lot of guest are having a shower at the same time.

The rooms are very comfy, nicely designed. The kitchen is fully equiped. It is very comfortable with underground garage that conects all the buildings. A lot of lights in the room that create atmosphere. .

The Doors in the basement could be better marked- it is hard to find the way

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. having two bathrooms was great as well. Each room had a TV, and the sofa bed was very easy to setup and put away. parking was super easy and the property was only 5 minutes from the Areitbahn lift.

It was a little difficult to find reception, and one light in the apartment entrance was set on a timer, so it went off after about 2 minutes which was a bit frustrating, but not a big deal at all.
