The apartment was very comfortable. We were 4 adults and mostly out and about. We did not need anything more than what was provided, and everything was in perfect working condition. On arival, we were offered welcome drinks by the host before we proceeded with our check-in.

The bus service provided between the villages was sometimes lacking, busses would just drive past without stopping leaving us waiting 45 min. The bread service was a hassle also, as new guests we were not aware that there are two apartment hotels with the the name Emma, it took well over 2 hours for someone to inform us that our order might be at the other apartment building, and then had to walk there to find out if our order was there.They are well aware that his happens sometimes but did nothing to help.

In terms of the apartment - that was located perfectly in between the 2 ski areas. It was quiet, great parking, easy to find, beautifully laid out apartment with a great view of the mountains. Everything was comfortable and decorated very tastefully. They had left some really nice welcoming touches - and we were all very delighted to come back after a days skiing to relax there. We liked the seating arrangement and had many memorable meals around that table. The staff were really friendly and the spa facilities including the pool was such a bonus. After a long days skiing to be able to have a sauna and also swim in a heated pool outside was just divine. Also loved the heated drying room and racks for our ski gear - having dry and warm boots to put on in the morning was fantastic.

It was a wonderful stay in every respect. The service team and the hostess, as well as the accommodation with a view beyond imagination. I would come back to live again and would recommend this great option to all my friends and family. The cleanliness, safety, comfort and service are beyond imagination. Nothing at all

We had a wonderful 5 days here and the property is very clean and well equipped. Hosts are very welcoming and accommodating. Location is very nice, a 5 min drive to Kaprun and 8 min to Zell am See... It is possible to get around without a car as there is ample bus service but a car is certainly more convenient, there are also ample walking/bike paths. The size of property was quite nice with only ~16 apartments, never feels crowded.... Pool is very refreshing, beds are super comfortable, we cant wait to go back... Our first time visiting Austria and we truly loved it, a wonderful holiday with family.

We recently stayed in these beautiful apartments and were thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness and full range of amenities provided a highly comfortable and convenient experience. The kitchen was superbly equipped. The views from the apartments were simply stunning, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. The owners were incredibly accommodating and responsive to our needs, enhancing our overall experience. We highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to returning!

Great place to relax with family. The rooms were very spacious, modern and well equipped. The pool was great. Open from 3pm to 7pm which was enough. The apartment was very warm. The beds were very comfortable, although the bunk beds are more for children.

The water in the pool could be a little warmer.

Our stay at the Emma Deluxe Hotel was incredible, thanks to Natalie. She upgraded our room to a stunning apartment with a breathtaking view and also offered us a late check-out. Her warm welcome and exceptional service made us feel very special. The apartment was beautifully equipped, adding to the overall luxury of our stay. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect from the reservation after check-out. Appreciate online check-in to safe time during arrival to Aparthotel. The equipment and accommodation are just perfect. Very modern, full of wood, and really comfortable. There is a nice swimming pool outside but warm to 24 with a sauna = which was super relaxing after skying. Owners are very sympathetic people with pro clients approach. Prosseco and Bier as the welcome drink was really nice after 6 hours of riding. One of the best places we have ever visited.

Everything was great — the building is modern, and the apartments are spacious, stylish, and comfortable. The swimming pool and small spa area are a fantastic bonus, especially after a day of skiing.
