A lovely modern property in a good location to the town centre and the ski lifts. It is adjacent to a Trainline and station, however the insulation and glazing made this a non-issue unless the window was open

The room was a little warm for my liking and only way to keep it cool was to open the window. It was winter but as I mentioned before if you open the window you hear the trains. Just turn down the heating little throughout the hotel!!

Nice hotel. The restaurant at the top where also breakfast is served is great and it's a highlight during our stay. Good facilities for drying the ski equipment and very friendly personnel.

Our room was on the 1st floor and facing the main road and it was noisy during the night. I would specifically request a room at a higher floor, looking at the other side if I come back.

Rooms are excellent. Compact but has loads of hooks and storage. Resturant and bar is the best in town. Just love it up there. Bar manager was 5* . Breakfast staff had a tea and a coffee on the table on day two without asking...they just knew. Observant and friendly.

Everyone needs a day off. The bar/restaurant closed on Wednesday. Missed going up there.

This is our third stay. And our first trip back to Austria since Covid. It was great to see the hotel and town again. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff made us feel right at home and provided us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. The value for money at this hotel was exceptional. We opted for a family room, and it was perfect for our needs. The kids absolutely loved the space/bunk beds. One of the highlights of our stay was the lounge area with a stunning view of the mountains. It was a perfect spot to relax after a day on the slopes and take in the breathtaking scenery. The skyview lounge was beautifully designed and offered a good selection of drinks and snacks. The hotel's location was also very convenient. It was located within walking distance of the town centre, where we found plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. Despite visiting at the end of the ski season and arriving to no snow, the hotel guests were incredibly kind and helpful in pointing us to the nearest skiing areas. The staff at the hotel were also a standout feature. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were especially impressed with the housekeeping staff, who kept our room spotless and tidy throughout our stay.

Amazing stay for one week for our family (2 adults and 2 kids). Comfortable rooms with excellent storage, very clean, good location in the centre of the small town, but also close to the ski rent, lift and slopes. Liked that shower, toilet and basin were in different places in the room to avoid all of it to be occupied at same time. The women in the reception was very helpful and friendly. We became extra glad when it was ok with later check out due to our late departure, without extra fee! Also good storage for skis and heated place for boots. Don’t miss the small shop with arts nearby the hotel, nor the skybar with tasty drinks and food. Breakfast was also fresh with many different options.

An extra feature at the rooms could be a fridge and possibility to make coffee of your own. Some of the personnel at the dinner restaurant could be more polite and make you feel even more comfortable and welcomed as a guest. Missed the possibility to sit outside at the rooftop when sunny weather. Right now the place was only used for smoking.

The cocoons and their own entertainment set per bed was very nice!! The rooms were clean and neat. Good shower. Breakfast varied, but there was enough to choose from

Beds were sweaty, no airco and when the windows are open (because is was simmering hot) the traintracks are quite (very!) loud.

Convenient and friendly, great rooms at an affordable price.

Very hot rooms. As mentioned in other reviews you can't sleep with the windows open because of the freight trains. This wouldn't be a problem if the inside temperature was sorted out.

The hotel was clean and perfectly located only a short walk from the ski list. The hotel was easy to reach by car and had secure underground parking available. Additionally the rooftop bar/breakfast area was beautiful with amazing views.

Very clean modern hotel in centre of town with good underground parking. Friendly staff. Nice bar and restaurant on top floor. Sauna.

Right next to railway line so some noise of trains passing heard through night.

The view from the lounge is nice, breakfast tasty. Staff friendly, parking (although paid) ample. Good Italian place just across the road. Cablecar nearby to get to the top of the mountain. We didnt use, but each bed has its own TV and curtain infront, so you can live in your private cave.

Didnt find a good way how to dry sportswear (shirts, pants etc) in the room. The alacarte menu in the restaurant wasn't to our liking - too many fermented products. The trains are passing the building during the night, so if you are light sleeper, think about it. Closing the window isn't possible either - not enough air and too hot to sleep then (atleast in August).
