Great location to explore St Johann in the summer and close to the train station too. Rooms were comfortable, clean and a good size and had a private balcony. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The rooms were very quiet and blackout curtains help for a good night sleep. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nothing really. Pillows were a bit flat but then I’m sure they would have changed it or given me another one if I’d have asked. There were not tea or coffee making facilities in the room which would be a bonus.

The hotel can be said to be downtown, close to restaurants, cafes, and shops. It's great that most hiking trails are also accessible by bus (free with the St Johann sommercard).

Unfortunately, there is quite a lot of car traffic in front of the hotel, both in the evening and in the morning, and it is noisy with the windows open.

Great location. Close to railway, cable car and city center. Real value for money

Breakfast could have a bit more variation when you stay there for a week. But basically, you get all what you need.

Great location on the edge of the old town, close to restaurants and ski hire shop. The ski bus stopped just outside. Very little road noise as many of the rooms are down the side of the property. It was great to have use of the sauna at the property as well as to be able to use the swimming pool in town which was great. Also the breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is really good - a lot of variety for every taste. Very central location, the whole town just a few steps away. A number of hiking options around plus free access to the open air swimming pool ~300 meters away. Big outdoor car park with plenty of space.

A basic tea set in the room, rather than a few disposable cups, would be nice.

Great location. Rooms are very clean. The staff is so helpfull and friendly.

Sonja and her other member of staff are very welcoming. is right in the center of town and we loved the restaurant and village life after skiing.

Sundays there’s not cleaning as cleaning staff is off. although we asked Sonja provided us some clean towels. Breakfast could be at 7 am, knowing that most ski lift open at 8:30 or before and some days we wanted to change The Valley to go different ski resort, this was not convenient for us.
