The staff was very nice and super helpful. We took advantage of many dinner options, that they recommended. The ski room was excellent-secure and safe with a wall of boot warmers. Morning Breakfast buffet had something great for everyone. We loved sitting in the well appointed tyrolian room every morning. Fabulous bar and lobby lounge area to relax in with a cold beverage. We enjoyed eating dinner in the dining room one night.

The young man at reception was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. I forgot to ask his name, I think he said he was from Hungary. Nice room, clean, good breakfast, central location, easy to get to train station or busses yo Going/Ellmau, free travel with guest card. The lemon and orange infused cool water at reception was very much appreciated as it was such a hot day. A free glass of prosecco was also very nice!

As it was very hot I had to leave the balcony door open, the road noise was slightly disturbing but it didn’t really affect my stay.

The location was excellent: close to the center, bus station, the slopes, the supermarket. Superb view to the mountains! The apartment was large with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a balcony, very useful. The room and bath were clean, bathrooms large and hot water at any times, no weird smells or water noises. Breakfast was good, same things every day but a large variety to have options for 7 days. Staff was nice and friendly. I could find a few days parking for free in front of the hotel.

The room had a weird smell, of old, moisture or mold from somewhere, and other things…could not fresh it out with just letting fresh air coming…the eating table was of reinforced glass not very kids friendly with sharp corners…had to improvise a protection of sorts…the small beds were uncomfortable, matress too soft and beds were making scratchy noises at every turn…overall a little price (sky seazon, I get it, crowded everywhere)…

The wellness area and bathrooms need updating but it felt that the hotel is going through stages of updating so I’m sure that will come too. A bit too warm in the rooms.

The receptionist (cannot recall his name) was very friendly and inviting. On arrival we were given a glass of prosecco. The next day's female receptionist was also very cheery. Breakfasts were amazing....the staff were very helpful with our non-gluten and non-lactose requirements and there was a great variety of food. Despite the room looking over the main road the traffic did not disturb our sleep. The hotel was also very clean.

We had a family suite...the window blind in the small bedroom facing the patio was pretty much semi-transparent and it was easy for anyone in the patio or other bedrooms to see into the room when the light was on. They could easily fix this with an extra blackout blind.

The staff were super friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. We went for half board on our ski trip and enjoyed good choice of meals both in the mornings and at dinner. I appreciated the fresh salad bar available each night.

The bathroom needed a little sweeping when we arrived and the mattress was a bit too soft for me personally.

Receptionist and staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel Restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced in an otherwise expensive resort. Great to have parking facilities.

As we were not aware that cleaning had to be requested we ran out of toilet and tissue paper. We would expect daily cleaning to be included in the price. More skiing and rental information would be great.

Great half board option, delicious local cuisine with good choices for starters and mains. Excellent breakfast. Hot shower and warm rooms. Friendly staff, cute hotel dog. Convenient location for town and river walks. If you do alpine skiing then it's a 10-15 min walk to the cable car.

The room could do with a bit of touch up for things like chipped paint on furniture and the bathroom door, just general maintenance. Hoover under the bed and shelves that are higher up in the wardrobe.

Very friendly and professional staff. The best I've ever experienced. Wonderful hotel with a great restaurant, magnificent view of the mountains, its own parking lot and the possibility to store bicycles. A beautiful location with plenty of leisure activities

Location was perfect. It was a cozy hotel with excellent staff and facilities. We loved it. Will definitely return
