Great location, clean and really helpful staff, lovely breakfast buffet. Nathan in the bar went above and beyond and really looked after us with local information as well as being a great bar manager

Really missed tea and coffee making facilities in the room, would have loved to sit on the balcony with a coffee when we woke up. On the day of departure - we left at 6.15 and couldn’t have a hot drink until we arrived at Innsbruck airport.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. I was a little apprehensive as I'd booked the holiday independently rather than as a package, however the hotel were absolutely fantastic in helping sort out lift passes, ski lessons, and ski hire. Everything can be sorted at reception. Good choice of food at breakfast. Considering there is an adjoining bar at the hotel, there was absolutely no noise at night, even in our rooms on the first floor. Free access to the local swimming pool with the St Johann card was excellent, i'd definitely recommend using that.

Nice location, great view to the mountains from our rooms, at the 4th floor. Sankt Johann is a very beautiful place to stay. Friendly staff contributed to the comfort. Very well organised breakfast in the hotel restaurant, we felt it like an extended family :).

The Market organised during the weekend blocks and narrows the beautiful streets nearby the hotel, it is a mixture of clothes and useless objects. Of course, this is not the hotel's responsibility, but the Town Hall's.

Mr. Michael and his staff were all very helpful and kind and our room and all facilities were very clean and warm which was really appreciated as we felt like home from the very beginning!

The kitchen in the room was basic, to the point you could not really use it beyond making coffee which was a let down. maybe it was wrong of us to expect it

Cozy room! The room is clean. Very hospitable and polite staff. We had a nice time. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to get to dinner; everything was already booked.

Central old Town hub, lots restaurants & bars nearby. Quaint & uncluttered with tourists.

Lack of air conditioning. No cotton sheets.
