Great location, right next to lift, very helpful staff- especially girl at the front desk, unfortunately forgot her name, hotel meets all basic needs, great for skiing/snowboarding trip. Breakfast very basic, would be nice to have few more choices, especially for vegans.

Location for skiing excellent.

Room was ridiculously hot even with the radiators turned off. Could not sleep at all! Hotel felt a bit like a boarding school or hospital, not very inviting.

Close to the slopes, easy-going hotel, spacious room. Also gave snacks + fruit basket which was a nice plus

The breakfast was quite poor

The hotel's proximity to the lifts (true ski-in/ski-out) and it's higher elevation (1800m) makes it ideal for skiing, especially spring skiing.

Small conveniences that one takes for granted in a hotel were absent (shampoo, soap, hair drier). You can get it by asking the front desk but this is not what you would expect from the hotel of this level (they think they are 'green' by doing so).

The breakfast was either scramble eggs or boiled eggs, tomatoes and cucumbers, different kind of ham

The room was tiny with no Mountain View. The room was so hot we had to sleep with a constant open window. There was no ventilation in the bathroom and it was just smelly. The hotel was high on the mountain but there were no bars or restaurants to walk to- your only option is a restaurant in the hotel.

Hygiene, terrible value for money/ way too expensive for what it is, check out at 4 pm and 9 am, uncomfortable beds, water in showers premanently varies from freezing to boiling
