Excellent stay, very comfortable room, friendly hosts. Very well suited for active travellers (bike facilities & barefoot path) but the food is also great 😃

Nice position and view. rather basic in terms of rooms, but more than ok. good restaurant.

The rooms were new and clean.

There were some things missing like hair dryer, soap, garbage bags in the kitchen, wi-fi. The personnel wasn't nice at all ( no one said "welcome" or showed a smile or something and for my 3 year old this matters a lot - these are basic things in the hospitality ). When I complained about the quality of the food they showed angry and yelled at me. I ordered a salad with yogurt dressing which came full of vinegar ( 1/2 glass of vinegar) without yougurt and I couldn't eat it at all. The salad saidin the meny it had simple chicken, but mine came with snitzel and some canned vegetables salads. The second time the salad came with simple chicken, but no oil or vinegar to asezonate it. For my daughter I ordered snitzel with pommes. The pommes were supermarket quality ( frozen pommes made from a paste, not natural potatoes). I complained about all these and they were really angry saying that was quality food. If I go to the countryside of Austria, I don't want to eat fast-food, I am expecting some countryside food... but maybe this was possible some years ago, not in 2021. We didn't want to eat breakfast there, as the dinner was under expectations, so cannot comment about it. The reaction of the personnel was really terrible when I complained, which made things even worse. We are international turists, traveling all over with our little child, and we are treated like this, is really dissapointing. I do not recommend this place to stay.
