Nice 'holiday' type hotel a few km South of Baku. Easy beach access. Nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Although its about 8km South of Baku the taxi fare into the city via Yango or Bolt is crazy cheap (About £2.50/$2) and easy to use. Breakfast is good buffet. Our room had evening meals too, though with a few limitations on choice from the menu. English is spoken on reception, but not by many staff but it wasn't an issue. The hotel holds quite a few events/weddings etc. and there is often music or disco outside but it ended typically 11pm and added to the holiday atmosphere. Overnight it was quiet and peaceful with nice views. It was possible to arrange an airport transfer through the hotel for 4am and this worked faultlessly. We enjoyed our stay and I don't hesitate to recommend the place if you are heading to Baku for a holiday (and you should, it's a nice city!)

Hard to think of anything negative at all.

I recently had a fantastic stay at the Ramada Hotel in Baku, and I can't recommend it enough, largely thanks to the exceptional service from Alexandra, the hotel manager. From before I even arrived, Alexandra was incredibly proactive and responsive. She got in touch with me while I was still in Canada and was extremely accommodating regarding my arrival time – truly going above and beyond to ensure a smooth start to my trip. The hotel itself boasts a great view and spacious rooms. While there isn't a microwave in the room, the 24/7 open kitchen is a fantastic perk, and the staff are always happy to warm things up for you. Room service was great, and the rooms were consistently clean with well-functioning AC. Breakfast offered a decent selection of hot and cold options, with lots of variety and healthy choices available. While I would have loved to see more fresh fruit, the amazing local desserts like baklava and the delicious steeped tea more than made up for it. Dinners were a highlight, with an incredible choice of national meals. The soups deserve a special mention, and the kebabs, especially the lamb chops, are highly recommended! The hotel's area is well-maintained, and the entire staff was wonderful, fulfilling requests immediately. This hotel truly offers a top-notch experience, largely due to its dedicated team and the outstanding leadership of Alexandra.

Staff were very helpful and polite. Restaurant food was excellent quality and reasonably priced. Rooms were clean and pleasant, as was the pool area and hotel in general. This was my second stay there. Getting to and from the city centre is quick and cheap using Yango (like Uber). Air con worked well. Beds comfortable. Shower good. Pretty good place to stay if you are heading to Baku, as a more 'holiday' type hotel than the city centre ones.

Nothing of significance. The hotel has several pools and also a beach onto the sea. But the Caspian Sea isn't the Med so id say stick to the hotel pools. The sea is not very clear. The decor in parts is a bit tired but nothing that's a problem.

The location. The private beach. The swimming pools. The wind blowing in our face and hair. The breakfast at the hotel. The cleanliness. I liked them all. Rafeal, Ramila at the reception and their manager Alexandera were especially helpful and responsive to all our needs which made the trip especially memorable and comfortable. Ravenna at the spa was especially good. A very thorough professional who took great pains to ensure guests were comfortable. She deserves a pay raise in my opinion. 10/10.

I think the windows were not sound proof enough. Really strong winds were blowing all times and you could hear them at night also. That being said, we didn’t have any trouble sleeping because the room and everything else was comfortable.

The hotel is comfortable, has private beach, outdoor beach and indoor SPA. The most I enjoyed Turkish bath and indoor swimming pool. The staff is very nice, cleaning ladies were exceptionally nice ( always provided new towels, unlimited water bottles, they try to provide everything you ask, just tell them). The food in the restaurant was tasty. Be aware that the only breakfast is open buffet, for lunch and dinner you can choose from the menu of the restaurant. All the receptionists were helpful.

The beach is not clean, the administration of hotel could do some cleaning work. The hotel doesn’t have night entertainment, regular dinner music or dance breaks could be good option.

The hotel had spacious and clean rooms, a comfortable atmosphere, and a very nice outdoor area with plenty of seating. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the facilities were well maintained. The location was convenient, and the amenities such as the pool and restaurant made the stay enjoyable. Alexandra, the front desk manager, especially made our stay memorable—she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to make us feel at home. Her warm attitude really stood out and added a personal touch to our experience.

breakfast could have a bit more variety, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise wonderful stay.
