Absolutely loved our stay at the fabulous Badam d'Art Boutique Hotel in Baku. Their location a few kms away from the old city, on a slope, means that you have a view of all Baku. The indoor garden at the reception creates quite the impact. The rooms with the view have retro style, big bathrooms. The staff are fantastic. The level of service we got was unexpected and so welcome. Especially Nurlan Ali (being the main person on staff who spoke English) who helped us all the way, starting from interacting with me on booking.com to organising all the drivers, who were all lovely people. Nurlan even sacrificed a lot of his afternoon sleep when the driver needed help understanding what we wanted, as he was on the night shift. And a shoutout to our drivers, Elvin and Ilcin for really going above and beyond to care of us, including on New Year’s Eve and in sweet shops and food courts! The breakfast at the hotel is a selection of fresh veggies, breads, eggs, meat, butter and spreads that we enjoyed everyday. Can’t recommend this place enough!

very little to not like… the mini bar light is on all night and faces the bed. which may bother you if you want complete darkness, can hang something over it or ask them to turn it off entirely.

The staff throughout the hotel were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is situated on top of a hill, offering a breathtaking view of the city. Rooms are big, and the staff is friendly. Food is exceptionally good (exceeding our expectations), and getting to the city center is only a 15 minute cab ride (cabs are easily available on the Bolt app). Special shout out to Rashid who was super kind and helpful at the reception. The hotel is the definition of value for money. Would recommend 10/10 times.

the customer service need to be improved , the breakfast is good but not as 5 stars hotel and the cost of the stay , the location is good for the view but nothing near by you need to take taxi to go anywhere , the swimming pool water was very cold , also you can’t access to spa without booking.

Beautiful views from the hotel to Baku city. Nice and helpful staff, speaking english. Thanks Nejat for helping out with our questions. We got the spa zone for just us and that was amazing. Breakfast served individually and I really prefer this approach. Omelette and Coffee were perfect!

The staff, view of the hotel, size of the hotel (boutique), and hotel restaurant. During July when it is hot in the coastal areas, there is a lovely breeze, especially in the evening in this hotel. There was a small birthday party and engagement party and despite the relatively loud music, we enjoyed and felt that we learned something about the lovely culture. Special thanks to Orxan and Yousif for taking great care of us.

My room had a great view, but a very small window to enjoy the view. I don't understand why the bathroom is too huge, taking space from the room, and the room doesn't have a balcony with such a picturistic view. The location is lovely if you do not want to come back to the hotel for a siesta in the afternoon (i.e. if you leave the hotel once a day). The walk to the flame towers is possible, but not the way back unless you are ready to take the effort.

Newly built hotel with only a few but modern and large rooms. Outstanding homemade breakfast at the pool with nice views over the city and the port of Baku. The view from the balcony is extraordinary. Extremely helpful, english speaking staff.

The hotel is quite a bit located from the city centre. Getting there requires a taxi which is not really a problem as cabs are widely avalable in Baku and can easily be ordered.
