Stayed a one night at Badamdar Hotel and honestly, it was a pleasant surprise. It’s not your typical city-center buzz—this place is more of a quiet, hilltop escape. Think: fresh air, big windows, and peaceful mornings with a view. The hotel itself is spacious and elegant without feeling over the top. Rooms are clean and cozy, with everything set up for a comfortable stay. The staff? Super polite, always helpful, and respectful of your space—which I really appreciated. The real gem is the wellness area. Pool, sauna, gym—all clean, quiet, and exactly what you need after a day out. Also, big plus: you’re just a short drive from the city center, but far enough to disconnect. If you’re looking for a calm base in Baku, somewhere to relax and recharge—Badamdar might just surprise you.

The breakfast was the best ever!

It is quite far from downtown, but they are quick to get you a taxi and it is only about 10-15 minutes in a taxi depending on traffic.

Location was excellent as it was max of 10 - 15 mins. drive from tourist hotspots / attractions like Flame Towers, Nizami Street, Little Venice, Boulevard, Old Baku City, etc. Also, facilities like Gym, Cardio, Basketball, Indoor swimming etc. were state of the art. Staff was courteous and helpful especially Reception executives and Bell boys.

Asian vegetarian breakfast staples were either absent or tasted mediocre (ex: Upma and Poha)

The hotel was exceptionally good. Everything was top notch. The room was spacious, the lighting was good, the bed was comfortable, and the cleanliness was spot on too. Housekeeping staff was super friendly, and the room was thoroughly cleaned daily, and perfectly made whenever I came back from the daily excursions. Breakfast was excellent, and the variety was good too. Swimming pool is phenomenal, and the gym is properly maintained as well. People do say that the location is far from the main city center, but with Bolt and other rides, I wouldn't say that the location was bad at all. Bolt app does the trick, and food and grocery items can be ordered too through phone application. Room service delivers on time, and all the staff members are super helpful and super friendly!

The hotel exceeded all expectations! For this price, it truly feels like a 5-star experience, not just 4. There’s a fantastic spa, a free swimming pool, and two gyms — one for cardio and one for strength training. Both the gym and ping-pong area are completely free for guests. There’s also convenient parking, a beautiful and spacious building, and several restaurants on-site with delicious food and 24/7 service. The room was large, bright, and very clean. Housekeeping was done daily and very thoroughly — fresh towels, bottled water, everything tidy and neat. We were also pleasantly surprised by all the thoughtful details in the room, like bathrobes, slippers, a kettle, tea, and coffee — it really added a touch of comfort and care. Breakfast was tasty and varied, with plenty of choices each day. The lobby is stunning and stylish. The staff were highly professional, attentive, and always ready to help, taking care of every request. Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the entire property. We also felt completely safe — there’s 24/7 security and reception, which made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. The location is great: close enough to the city, yet quiet and peaceful — ideal for a restful stay. An excellent choice, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

The breakfast buffet had a decent variety and was a great start to the day. The wellness facilities, including the pool and spa area, were an added bonus—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, Badamdar Hotel combines comfort, friendly service, and a tranquil setting. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Baku and looking for a quiet retreat with great hospitality.

I had a very pleasant and satisfying experience at Badamdar Hotel & Residence. The overall ambiance, service quality, and comfort level were excellent. The room was well-maintained, modern, and very comfortable. The team was courteous, responsive, and always helpful. Situated slightly away from the city center, it offers a quiet, relaxing atmosphere with great views. Everything from Wi-Fi to housekeeping was on point. Common areas were also well-kept and functional. Given the quality of service and facilities, it’s definitely worth the price.

Honestly, there was nothing I found disappointing during my stay. Highly recommended for both short and extended stays in Baku.

Everything from fresh local delicacies to international favorites was available, and the quality was exceptional. It was the perfect start to each day, enjoyed in a relaxed and inviting setting. Overall, the combination of outstanding service and excellent dining left us with wonderful memories of our stay, and we look forward to returning in the future.

The aquapark was inactive which was truly a shame, but it’s easy to see that it would be a fantastic addition for families — especially the ones with young children.

The hotel is located a little far away from the Airport, but it is a good one as per my budget. From the receptionist staff to the Restaurant Manager to the Cleaners all are nice people. The room that I got was not in the hotel section rather in the RESIDENCES section because of 6 people. The Restaurant Manager, Mr. Jayhun, was very kind and prepared a special Pakistani Tea for us for breakfast during our stay. The SPA lady, Miss Simran (Sorry for misspelling) very kind and nice.

The residence building had a total 14th floors, and we were on the 12th floor, and there was nobody living on that floor except us. I will suggest that the management must provide the room to the floor where most people are residing. Rest are perfect no dislikes.
