The staff was amazing. The breakfast was nice. The room size was very nice. The room is prepared with all comfortable aspects like illumination and furniture. I asked the staff several times for water and they are bringing it without any delay. There are many facilities near the hotel like restaurants and supermarkets. It's very easy to go to the center by metro or several bus lines. I strongly recommend it.

The room was surprisingly spacious, clean, and very well maintained – much more comfortable than we expected for this price range. One of the things we appreciated most was how calm and quiet it was, which is not something you can usually count on close to the centre of Baku. It was the perfect place to rest after a full day of exploring. For the quality of the accommodation, the price is excellent – great value for money.

The only minor downside is that the location isn’t right in the city centre – it’s in a quieter, more residential area. While this means you’ll need a short taxi ride or some extra time to reach the main sights, it also has its advantages: the neighbourhood is peaceful, safe, and offers a more authentic local atmosphere. In the end, we actually appreciated being a bit away from the hustle and bustle. The laundry service is waaaay too expensive.

The room was quite big and clean. I think it was quiet, perfect for rest. I did not have much time for eat in the mornings, but as I saw there was multiple choices for what to eat. What I ate was good and enough. In the room the hotel provided two bottles of water, and they always brought a new bottle. They also provided tissue, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, these things were also very useful. Maybe it would have been nice, if they provided another roll of toilet paper. :D (But actually one was enough.)

Great location, very close to 24/7 supermarket and parliamentary district where the Flaming towers are located. The old town is also within 20 minutes walk. The hotel is located near foreign embassy with police posts, so its neighborhood feels safe even at night. Staff is very friendly and helpful, were ready to help with every question :) Breakfast is decent, room is pretty spacious for its price.

My particular room was a bit "under cleaned" with some tea stains on tables, but nothing critical to really complain about.

Clean, good value, 5 minutes walk to metro station and 1 minute to a bus stops, BF is not bad in relation to property, staff are friendly, elevator is available.

Location is not close to attractions still if you are a price oriented then it’s fine as public transportation is convenient but consider late returns as metro stops at night, not sure about the bus though. Also shops and restaurants in the area don’t serve at night.

We liked the large, light room and comfortable bed. The location is also good - on a quiet street and handy to shops and restaurants. There is also free parking outside, which was handy while we had the rental car. The front desk staff were polite and pleasant to deal with.

The air conditioner wasn't working well. They got someone in to fix it, which helped for a bit but then it stopped working again. Breakfast was included in the room price and was adequate but underwhelming. The breakfast coffee was terrible, so we used our own.

Loved my stay in Miraj hotel and even ended up extending for 2 days. My room was so big and comfy, breakfast was good and staff was extremely friendly.

It’s 30 minutes away from the city center but I didn’t mind at all as there’s lots of public transportation, restaurants and shops around. I also loved walking through the many parks of Baku and from there you have some really nice views on the city center below.

Miraj Hotel is underrated. The place and the staff are amazing. They even upgraded our room to Deluxe as a gift. The free breakfast is pretty decent. The location is not that near the city center, but it is safe. It is near the universities and around 10min walk to the nearest metro station and you can book bolt as well. You can also walk to the center, it is around 25-30min walk. The location is perfect if you want a peaceful stay in Baku and don't mind a short walk or ride to the city center.

I am very satisfied with my 6 days stay at Miraj Hotel. It exceeded my expectations (11/10). The price is averagely good. The room is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I can sleep easily after a long day tour. The hotel location is few minutes away from Nizami street. This has not been a problem because the Bolt app for taxi is very easy to use and is very cheap. The are staffs are amazing! They are very accommodating and welcoming; specially Maten who is very friendly and helpful during my stay. Also, Sara who cooks very nice breakfast (her omelette with cheese is the best). I will certainly comeback here if there's given a chance to visit Baku again :) I really hope that Miraj Hotel will get the recognition that it deserves.

The location is very convenient for access to the main universities in Baku. There are plenty of shops nearby along with many restaurants and many good shops. It is walking distance to the old town - about 30 minutes. The concierge were very helpful. Breakfast was reasonable to good.

During peak hour traffic, the cars outside are noisy, mainly in the evening. Entrance to the building depended on the concierge opening the electronic door.
