Lake view wasn’t like that what I thought

property is not that far from city centre and staff was friendly and accommodating- this was good value for money

there is nothing of major concern however our room didn’t have lake view as was promised in booking so be careful on lake views - the lake is also dried up and the buildings on opposite side don’t come across as nice sight to see

LOVED THE STAFF. They were super friendly and helpful. An old man was creeping me out and his room was next to mine and I didn’t feel safe so I told the receptionist if it’s ok to change my room. They gave us the best room in the hotel and they always ask us if we’re happy with everything or not. The sales manager was continuously following up too! The location was fine, close to everything. They have a very nice view on the lake. They also have a pretty good soundproofing system! The breakfast is a traditional Azerbaijani breakfast and it was really good.

I liked their breakfast but they can add a couple of international options too. That will be a nice addition.

Every Staff are very nice and helpful. This hotel has mesmerizing customer services. Rooms and bathrooms are quite big and comfortable. Breakfast is good. Resturant is very nice. Its value for money. Manager Mr. Etibar and fromt office staff Mr. Radhadat and Mr. Gujju were very helpful during all my trip in Baku.

Location is little from city center. Local transportation like bus are bit far from the property. Average transportation to city centre round trip by cap work out to Anz 10. No good restaurants and local markets around.

The location is a bit far from the center but there is a market right next to the hotel entrance and there is metro station 15 min far from the hotel.

Hotel Facilities was very good as they have Jacuzzi , sauna , Turkish bath , Staff is so friendly special thanks for Mr. Rashdat , Mr. Isa and Mr. Nadir who was so co-operative

Breakfast buffet was a bit poor , No coffee machine , you can't control room temperature as it's central AC

The facilities was very good. Specially Mr. Nahid (Receptionist), he helped us a lot. He managed to get us all things required. Housekeeping lady is also good. Overall experience was vety goood... Thank You. Breakfast was not that good but acceptable.

room was specious. view makes you feel in forest or any good places. breakfast was good and open buffet. staff is kind and friendly. my special thanks to manager Etibaar for kind approaching and smile.i definitely recommend this hotel.

spa and pool were not working. mr Etibaar promised in my next trip pool and spa will be in order. and destination to city center is a bit far.but anyway by taxi just 10 min
