I couldn't find anything.

This is a great hotel to stay at when visiting Baku. The location is close to the metro. The food is nice. There is a spa with a sauna and a hammam. But the best part is the staff. Starting from Karim at the reception, the lovely Fatima at the spa the manager Yashar and every person working in the hotel, each and every one of them did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. When we encountered a problem, Yashar was very attentive, professional, and kind. I felt that we were treated like v.i.p guests even if we had the simplest room in the hotel. We had an amazing stay and can't wait to visit again.

The view in the room was not so great, but we don't stay in the room that much when we are on holiday, so we didn't care. I'm sure that you write to the hotel in advance and let them know that the view is important to you they will do their best to accommodate that request.

The hotel offers excellent value for money. It is conveniently located, just a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest subway station, with bus stops nearby, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with beds neatly made and fresh towels provided daily. The air conditioning can be adjusted to suit individual preferences, and the heated bathroom floor adds an extra touch of comfort. Complimentary bottled water is replenished daily, and a tea station is available in the room. The reception staff are always on hand to assist with any requests. A particular highlight is the complimentary spa area, which features Finnish and Turkish saunas, a small pool, and a well-equipped gym. Towels, slippers, and bathrobes are readily available. The massage therapists are truly skilled professionals, and I would like to extend special thanks to Gulnar—her expertise is second to none. She has truly golden hands. Additionally, when we accidentally left some belongings in the spa zone shower, the hotel staff promptly located them and returned them almost immediately, demonstrating their exceptional attentiveness. One of the most memorable moments of our stay was a delightful surprise from the staff. As we were celebrating a birthday, we were presented with a beautifully arranged cake, adding a personal and thoughtful touch to our experience. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful team for their outstanding hospitality!

Our stay was very nice. I can’t recall any cons.

Tastefully done interior with lots to see for those who appreciate art. Clean, well sized rooms. Breakfast was great with a variety of options. The best part of my stay however was the staff. They’re incredibly polite, and go all the way to help you. There wasn’t one time when I called the reception for something and wasn’t accommodated. Special mention for Raul who was truly the sweetest, helped us check out and didn’t let us lift a bag even when we insisted!

The housekeeping can be improved. The lady didn’t change bedding through the entirety of our stay despite being asked to, didn’t refill amenities on her own, among other things. There was a language barrier too. It would be better if there’s a team or 2-3 people coming in to clean instead of just one person so they can be more effective, and at least one of them or a floor supervisor should speak English.

Very comfortable room, esp. the bed. Big space, 2 tv, clean room. Breakfest was good, big choice. Scrambled eggs were made in front of us, open kitchen. Hotel hall is comfortable and very nice, with a good coffee shop! This is a new-built district, there is a beautiful, big park and coffee house very near the hotel with good view to the whole city of Baku.

A bit far away from the city center. But this is the only negative. And: the metro station is close, 6 min. walk.

Everything was so perfect to be honest the location is so great if you go out by the backdoor of the hotel from R level you will find multiple shops that helps your day ahead, the room was clean the wifi was so fast which is make my day easier and the breakfast was so great so many choices to choose from thanks for the chef’s whose making the fresh food daily for us! finally i would like to thank Mr. Elnur for his great service he is helping us with anything we are looking for even with booking a cars to go around the city! I extended my stay because i finds my stay in this hotel was so perfect 👍🏻
