Location: The hotel is located quite close to the city centre. There are few amenities such as supermarkets and bank available close by. Also, there are many cafes and restaurants around the area. Room: Room is spacious. We booked triple-room and it is very much comfortable. The room includes mini-fridge, kettle, and safe-box, just like what you usually get in other hotels. Breakfast: Breakfast menu is great. Like to taste Azerbaijan's local breakfast. Although the variety is limited, but it is sufficient and enjoyable. Staff: Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Most of them can speak English language properly.

The hotel is pretty much an excellent place to stay. I don't havy any complaint about it.

The hotel staff was very good, the Hotel was neat and clean, Breakfast was great, Internet speed was excellent, Over all everything was great at the hotel.

There was visitors restriction to the room , visitors were not allowed to the room, It should be clearly mentioned during hotel booking and even they did not informed me before my payment. They should inform the hotel policy to everyone in advance, after payment it explaining the policies is not correct. They should explain hotel policies before the payment.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We booked a triple room which had a modern decor and stylish bathroom (which most hotels give the least attention to), there were many places in the room to store things or hang them , and the design of room was well thought out. There is a lift in the hotel so you won't have to worry about stairs and the breakfast was delicious and different everyday. The manager Ms. Lala is very kind and she supervises the hotel very well and makes sure the guests are comfortable. I would like to thank her for her efforts for making our stay a memorable one. All the staff Members are kind and supportive especially Yusif. The house cleaning staff also cleaned with passion everyday and not half hearted like other hotel cleaning staff usually do. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is right behind a Mega Supermarket called Rahat where you can find all your needed groceries , also there is a Bank called ABB located near so you can easily exchange your Currency for Manat. There are lots of small shops and restaurants located close by too. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood so you can book a Taxi or Bolt and it will arrive in 5 minutes.

Honestly there is not really anything to dislike here. We had no problems with our stay.

Expectations of a property must remain commensurate with the amount we pay. For Baku Halal Hotel, everything was better than expectations. It is highly recommended for families and groups. The location is as central as it could possibly be and yet away from the hustle bustle of a Nizami St.

There isn't enough parking space available in the front so one has to walk a few steps down the lane to catch one's vehicle.

The hotel environment was very homely and comfortable. Our rooms were very good, and clean. We visited in the cold winter time and the heating system (radiator in room and bathroom, and hot water) worked well. Most importantly, the staff were very friendly and accommodating of all of our needs and requests. The location of the hotel was also very good, only a short walk from the Baku eye, as well as many restaurants in the area.

The room is spacious, clean & comfortable. The staff have good english and very polite. It’s easy to get taxi to the Old quarter and within walking distance to the ocean. I like our stay there and recommend the hotel if you go to Baku.

It’s not that “dont like”, but it’s just that the breakfast choices are not a lot. But overall I think it’s better to have breakfast than nothing, because everything in Baku opens very late, so we appreciate the hotel offers breakfast.

Front desk staff was very cooperative.. I reached baku a day later from the planned date of arrival due to visa issues.. I had contacted the hotel amd requested them to allow me to refrash from the hotel as i will be reaching there by check out time for the booked room.. i reached hotel at 12 30 pm and though the check out time was 12 pm, they still allocated a room and gave me 3 hours for refreshing as my next destination was Shahdag..They supported without any extra payment

A small new hotel just in a 10min walk from the Baku promenade. The room looked new and really clean, the bathroom was also clean and comfortable to use. Really comfy and big bed. Wi-Fi worked well. The staff was friendly and ready to help. Value for money.

Soundproofing in the rooms could be improved.
