During my recent stay at the Zam Zam Hotel in Baku, I had an exceptional experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that this hotel is dedicated to providing top-notch service and comfort. Location and Accessibility: Zam Zam Hotel boasts a prime location in Baku, making it an ideal choice for both families and solo travelers. The hotel is conveniently situated close to several major attractions, including Highland Park, the Carpet Museum, and Little Venice. This proximity allowed for easy exploration of these cultural and scenic landmarks without the hassle of long commutes. Room and Amenities: The room I stayed in was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking sea view from my room. Waking up to the serene sight of the Caspian Sea was a daily delight, adding a touch of tranquility to the overall experience. The room also featured comfortable bedding, a well-stocked minibar, and a functional workspace, catering to both relaxation and productivity. Service and Hospitality: The staff at Zam Zam Hotel went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my visit, their commitment to hospitality was evident. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, providing helpful recommendations for local dining and attractions. Dining Experience: The hotel’s dining options were diverse and satisfying. The on-site restaurant offered a delectable array of local and international cuisines, prepared with fresh ingredients. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, featuring a wide selection of dishes to suit all tastes. Dining with a view of the sea further enhanced the overall experience. Facilities and Services: Zam Zam Hotel is well-equipped with a range of facilities to enhance guests' comfort and convenience.

The hotel was overall clean. The staff were truly amazing and welcoming. The room was comfortable and cozy, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

The wifi password for each of the floors were different. There was no visible wifi password for the restaurant for me to use and the staff did not know it as well. Breakfast - there was not much option apart from eggs and no tea for people who don't drink coffee. The cost of the breakfast is not on par with the food.

Good value for money! I have stayed in a few hotels in the area before. I moved to Zam Zam for one night initially and ended up staying for a week. First of all, the staff is just amazing! They speak fluently English, Russian, German, Azeri and probably more, so communication won't be an issue. Special thanks to the manager, Ilgar, who was always ready to help with any questions or concerns. The rooms are modern and well-maintained (better to ask for an upper floor for a better view). There was minor construction going on on some floors during my stay, but the staff offered to move me to another floor or even to another nearby hotel (there are a few hotels in the area that belong to the same chain, and the room design and rooftops are very similar). The hotel provides breakfast with a pretty cool view from the rooftop (see attached pics). The breakfast is basic/average, but you won't leave hungry. The location is just in front of the Wheel/promenade , with ATM, pharmacy, supermarkets just 1 to 3 mins away. They do accept bank card payments! Just wanted to point it out because many hotels in Baku accept cash only. All in all, I had a great stay! P.S. If you're a foreigner and planning to stay in Azerbaijan for over 15 days you have to register. I had issues with this during my previous stay a few years ago, but this time the hotel's staff specifically asked me and took care of the registration matters. Thanks again for the hospitality!
