The breakfast menu needs improvement and more diversity. One idea is to change it every two days. This way, guests can look forward to new options and flavors more frequently, keeping the meals exciting and catering to different tastes. Incorporating seasonal ingredients and regional specialties could enhance the overall variety and appeal.

Hotel Review - Location: About 35-45 minutes from the airport. Bolt cabs are available—best to book a Comfort car to avoid off-app payment requests. - Staff: Very welcoming and helpful. - Room: Stayed in Room 406 (Seaview Deluxe). Spacious with a huge balcony and a great view. Comfortable mattress, but the bed makes some noise. Good bathroom. - Best for Summer: Ideal for families with kids—multiple pools and a play area. In winter, it's quieter, and i stayed for 6 night and it snowed here only ones. If you're looking for a snowy experience, this isn’t the place. The area is quiet and far from the city; as a solo traveler, I preferred not to walk outside at night. - Access to City: Takes about 15 minutes by cab to reach the city center (~1 KWD per trip). i guess it did get annoying a little at some point to ride back and forth to go to the city. Ofcourse if not the hotel fault. - Breakfast: Simple but sufficient, here is the thing im really simple in breakfast french toast, bread, butter, eggs, and im happy! they do have croissants, bread, jams, cereals, eggs, and bacon. No live cooking stations, but chef is accommodating. Coffee isn’t great. (As for me I was Happy with what was available :D ). - Service: Excellent. Staff is attentive and always ready to help. Room service missed refilling water once, but they provided it immediately upon request. - Overall Experience: Beautiful views, great hospitality, and peaceful surroundings. However, if you want to explore Baku easily, staying in the city would be more convenient. (Unrelated to the hotel) – There are plenty of seafood restaurants around. However, not many places deliver through food apps. Also, I tried booking a trip to Shahdag, but most services refused to pick up from this location. The hotel and stay were excellent overall! I hope this review helps you decide, as I always look for comments that guide my booking choices too.

Distance from the City: While the location is peaceful, it’s a bit far from the city. Bed Noise: The mattress was comfortable, but the bed frame made some noise. Winter Experience: The hotel is better suited for summer; in winter, it feels empty, and there’s no snow :(

I loved the room, view and the balcony was fantastic to sit there at night and early morning. The room was spacious. The breakfast buffet was the best I have experienced in Baku. 10/10 to the people who put it together. Very friendly staff esp Alim who helped me with my bags.

The bed springs were extremely squeaky when you moved slightly so didn't sleep thoroughly for the two nights. But didn't feel tired in the morning Reception were very slow in answering phone calls from the room. Not sure if there was someone on call at all times. Prices of the food at restaurant were very pricey so ordered in mostly.

Good location close to the sea. Very good sea view with a big balcony. Always quite and relax feeling. All the decorations in the lobby are so beautiful and enjoyable. Large garden inside in hotel with three swimming pools and four great restaurants of different style. The breakfast is delicious especially a variety choices of the fruits. All the staffs are very friendly . Especially one of the receptionist named Anar. He was very patient helping me choose the suitable room until I was satisfied. And he is so helpful whenever there is need. He is always with smile making people feel happy.. Don't hesitate to choose this hotel if you come to Baku.

Everything was so perfect and at spot. The Vibe of this hotel is unmatchable, I would highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was so far above my expectation and the aesthetics of this hotel was uffffff so so amazing. Very neat and clean and the wood work and the paintings. I loved this place so much and want to stay again and again. The two receptionist girls i forgot their name maybe shama and one other were very welcoming.

There was literally nothing to dislike about this place.

Sapphire Marine is in the southern part of the city and it is very nearby 5 seafood restaurants. The sauna and pool were great. A special ‘thank you’ goes out to Ali who helped us with all our questions. We hope to come back one day.

It seems there is some internal miscommunication. We made a reservation at the sauna and that was double booked. It’s easy to fix: let everyone get in and skip reservation times

I had a good stay at this hotel. It’s located in a quiet area with a beautiful sea view, which makes it a nice place to unwind. The rooms were clean, well-kept, and comfortable. I also appreciated the welcome gift — a thoughtful touch from the hotel. Special thanks to Shems, who was kind, professional, and always ready to help. Her support made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a place I’d consider returning to.

Wonderful property and to be honest what made it better was Mr Ibtihar Aliyev. We had a problem with our booking and quickly he took ownership and made everything easy for us. He also sent us a fruit platter and checked on us regularly.

We enjoyed our time there therefore no complains.

Honest review: The hotel is great, their services are good. Its clean and very attentive. The staff is very friendly and kind. Room and toilet is quiet spacious and clean. The location is very far from the city center(nizami street). But taxis available on applications.

The receptionist are amazingly nice and helpful. I really loved the treatment. They treated us with respect and helped us make our stay so much comfortable by their beautiful smile. They are the gold of the resort. Please they deserve the best. All of them. Thank you
